Description of Work: They were on schedule showed up everyday 7:00 am and did a great job! Pool looks brand new and best of all I add zero problems during the entire process! This was a major repair along with fiberglass finish.

Description of Work: We have a fiberglass spa that was refinished. I was disappointed that the finished job was not as good as new Also, the dials had the fiberglass material too close to the edges. All in all, they repaired the issues we had and it is functional- just doesn't look as "pretty". The sales staff and management were very responsive and provided a good evaluation of what we needed to have done.

Description of Work: Excellent job refinishing the fiberglass in-ground pool. Pool has never looked better and stayed clear and clean all summer with just shock and weekly cleanings. The company started out doing the weekly pool service for us, and then stopped that line of business. But we were very satisfied with the refinishing work.

Description of Work: No charge. Pool is under warranty. I have been using Texas Fiberglass Pools since 2009. They do very good work; however, their schedule and response time is sometimes slow. I find this normal for this field of work. Oliver, the owner, is a great person and knows pools! My pool is beautiful!

 + -1 moreThey did an absolute gorgeous job on the fiberglass finishing. It did take a few times for the electrical work but they did keep coming back until I was satisfied with the work. They were punctual and we were happy with the result.
Description of Work: They installed a pool heater and they did some electrical work. They installed some lights and they did complete refinishing of the fiberglass of the pool.

 + -1 moreThe project turned out great, I would like to post a photo because the pool is absolutely beautiful! After a short time of the original project, no one knows why, small black dots (cobalt) appeared in two areas of the pool. For over a year Oliver and his team tried to rid the pool of the spots with different stain removers, nothing worked. The team showed up weekly to monitor the chemicals and clean the pool. After speaking with Oliver recently, we agreed that the pool needed to be resurfaced, so the next day the team showed up to start the project. This was all under warranty. The team answered all my questions, kept me informed, were very helpful and respectful. They were good about keeping their materials organized and the pool area clean as possible. Since the sanding creates dust they were good about rinsing the pool furniture, landscaping, etc. I personally find that Texas Fiberglass Pools is a professional business and would highly recommend them. In the pool industry, this is hard to find. Oliver, the owner, is person with integrity and wants his customers to be pleased with their work. The fact that they worked very hard to resolve the surface issues and honored their warranty, earns them an "A" rating from me!
Description of Work: Original project: Resurfaced the pool with fiberglass, new tile and deck: cost was approximately $9,000.00. This project was under warranty, $0 cost.

 + -1 moreAwful. The response time was severely lacking. The first time they came out they cut all the caulk off and it fell into the bottom of the pool. They only replaced about 1/2 of it with a different color and left it. I was promised they would "make it right" by coming out and replacing it all the way around and painting it to match the pool liner. While they did a decent job of replacing it with a tan caulk, they still have yet to paint it. I've called and the owners voicemail has been full. I've texted and emailed with no response. I have several items that I wanted to get done to the pool deck, but I would 100% NOT use this company for any further work.
Description of Work: This was for warranty work on a house with a pool that I purchased. The Company needed to replace the pool flex around the pool.
