Texas Air Zone LLC

As always, Texas Airzone was prompt, friendly, and reasonably priced. I have used their services for about 13 years and have always been extremely happy with their services and their personnel. When they inspect my equipment, they give me options for repairs at various price points, rather than only quoting me their preferred option. They get the work done quickly, and I have never had a problem with their work. They are friendly and always a pleasure to work with.

Excellent. Best experience with a service provider I've ever had. Called on Monday morning and they had someone out on Monday afternoon for the service call. Isaac Zadoka came out and solved a problem that 3 prior A/C technicians (from highly reviewed companies on Angies List) couldn't solve. He identified the source of the problem (wiring from the compressor) and replaced the wiring. He also made some other minor adjustments that should help. He was professional, knowledgeable, and he seemed trustworthy. He made some other (non-critical) service recommendations that I will follow up with Texas Air Zone on for a later date. I will be recommending Texas Air Zone LLC and Isaac to anyone that needs A/C help. He was terrific!

They are wonderful. They did the best job I have seen, by far. They did everything the way it was supposed to be done, and I haven't had any problems.

I've used Texas Air Zone for many years for seasonal maintenance on my ac system (spring and fall). They have always been prompt friendly helpful and professional. I have a garage apartment on my property with a mini split ac system. When it went out I choose to use Texas Air Zone directly rather than going through my home warranty service. I couldn't be happier! They did an excellent job and completed the install in 4 hours. The crew was polite and cleaned up everything perfectly. The crew chief said he considered his work to be art and boy was he right---BEAUTIFUL! Now I have a brand new system with a ten year warranty with Texas Air Zone. I can't wait for my main AC system to go out. I!ll be replacing it with a system from Texas Air Zone when the time comes!

Very well. Have service agreement with them. No cool air was noticed on Fri. evening. I called at 6:45 am Sat. morning & left a message. Someone called me 30 min. later & a technician was at my house by 8 am. Capacitor was replaced about an hour later & working well a month later.

it went excellent, they were able to find the source of the problem, which was a Freon leak, and then we're able to find the leak itself, which happened to be in a very difficult place, behind the brick wall, and then fix that problem. I have had numerous other people out before and the source of the issue was never fixed, symptoms were just masked. Texas airzone came out and found the heart of the problem and then proceeded to fix it. They were on time every time & prompt in their response (the first day we called them which was a Sunday afternoon, they had a guy out and at our house that very same sunday). I have never reviewed a company or filled out a survey comma I just typically don't do that... This time I have because my wife and I just had our first baby and money is very tight, so for a service company 2 do as good of a job is Texas airzone did and in the manner and price at which they did it, really overwhelmed me with gratefulness. Tip of the hat to these guys, I would recommend them to anybody , from a stranger all the way up to my momma.

It went great. Greg is very good at what he does. He explains things and tries to help any way he can concerning questions about how things work. My expectations were actually high because I had hired the company a couple of years ago when the ac broke down. Greg came out then and replaced the motor and some other doohicky and got my warranty to pay for it. I figured the ac never worked better after he worked on it, (even though it wasn't 5 years old) and I definitely found a gem here. My expectations were met again.

It went well. Greg arrived early and was very courteous and very professional. He explained what he was doing and the options that I had. He then assessed the system and isolated the fault. Even though he had an opportunity to pitch a new system, he indicated that the current system was going to be able to do its current job adequately. He also informed that he was proactively replacing a capacitor on the under-warranty system as it was likely to degrade after some time. He was very polite and professional but he also provided insights into what to expect with the system (such as the time taken to cool the lower floor by 5 deg in the current summer weather may be up to a day). This was informative as it avoids needless service calls. They have continued to justify my decision to choose them to be my provider for HVAC services.

The coil of my upstairs AC unit is leaking. I had the estimate by a company to install a new unit. I did not know if I should replace the furnace at the same time. I asked Texas Air Zone for a second opinion. The technician recommended I replace both. He also tested the coil to make sure there is a leak - without charging me extra.

Smooth!! Did what they said they would and went way beyond. They installed several new registers and even built a landing in the Attic so we can get to the Filters! Excellent Value!

1. He showed up within the hour that I calmed, and on a SATURDAY. 2. He actually diagnosed the problem before charging g us to fix it. Somewhat rare these days. 3. He explained the problem, put together the bid in the phone. 4.He fixed it great. It cost more than expected, but the price was fair, and he gave me two Angie's List discounts. Reducing costs by $100. He also had a hi-grade aftermarket non OEM motor that saved me $250.

The guys just finished installing our new unit. They started at 9am and were done by 2, including a lunch break! Very nice, Very Clean, Very respectful of my home, and VERY knowledgeable about what they were doing. Since my house is almost 60 years old, they had do make some adjustments on the fly to work around some issues and they handled it like a champ. Great work for a great price.

For the second time, I had to have a service call after hours. I had used Texas Air Zone last summer for an A/C issue and woke up this morning with no heat. I called the after hours number and within about 15 minutes I received a call from Brett saying he would be out in about 1.5 hours on a Sunday morning. Brett had provided service to our A/C back in July 2015. He is prompt, efficient, professional and knows his stuff. He never tries to upsale us or suggest anything but the necessary fix. He changed our heating capacitor and left within an hour. I will continue to use this company for all of our HVAC needs!

These guys are constantly amazing. From the time they installed a complete new heating and A/C system two years ago and ever since, I could not be more impressed. The latest situation was that rats had eaten through three wires in my outside unit and destroyed a sensor also. They fixed the wires without having to replace them, AND replaced the sensor unit--- all free of charge. Isaac and his crew are truly devoted to customer service and integrity.

Had a heater go out on a Sunday evening. Called Texas Air Zone first thing in the morning, and they were able to get here first thing. Technician was very nice, explained everything he was doing, and took care of our issue.

This level of service is no surprise as we had a great experience with this company 5 years ago when they replaced both of our heating and A/C units.
