Outstanding. Isaac was on time, very professional and very informative. Despite finding the units to be functioning properly he re-tightened various wiring and made recommendations regarding the proper air filter MERV rating for our units, and informed me of the status of component wear of our two HVAC systems. As I result we initiated an annual maintenance agreement for both units. Isaac reminded me of the favorable reputation of the owner and his interest in being associated with such a company. This is comforting in an industry where employees are encouraged to sell unnecessary parts and services. The firm's pricing isn't the lowest but I suspect will be more cost effective for us in the long run.

It's unfortunate that I have to write this negative review because I thought that Texas Air Zone was very responsive and professional in my interactions with them. However, I have not been happy with the quality and value that I got from the services I received over the last year or so. I initially was introduced to them via a Angie's List coupon for bi-annual inspections on AC and Heating. They came out the first time and found that my R22 system was low on coolant and needed a fill. They did a leak check and didn't find anything. Ended up paying for 10 pounds of the stuff and was told it should last for a few years, but I should consider a new system in the future. They came out in the fall to do an inspection and found nothing wrong. Then came this spring when AC came back on and noticed it wasn't performing like it should. Had AirZone come out and they said I'm out of R22 again. Apparently a leak they didn't find the last two times they came out. So either another $1000+ to refill, find a leak, or replace. I got estimates for a new system from AirZone plus 2 other providers on Angie's list and AirZone was the most expensive out of all 3 (by about 40% more expensive vs the provider I went with). Also no credit for previous work or rebates from manufacturer or Oncor (even though another provider quoted with them). Eventually I went with another provider and have been happy with the service and system I got from them (I got a whole new system and paid about $11K). Again high marks to AirZone for professionalism, but low marks on quality and value.

Excellent. Texas AirZone is the best company I have used for this type of service. I believe this is the 3rd time I have called them for servicing both heating and a/c. For the a/c check-up they remove the covers on the outside units and thoroughly clean from leaves/dirt/debris that might be inside the covers and then hose down the outside of the condenser units. They also performed a performance check of the electrical and controls, motor bearings and seals, the refrigerant charge and temperature differential. The service techs (Greg LaCrone & Jeff) arrived 30 minutes early, which was fine for us. They were here for about an hour; both knowledgeable and courteous professionals. The cost may be higher than others but I have the confidence in knowing that the work was completed as indicated on the service invoice. You will not be disappointed when you call Texas AirZone.

I have been through most of the HVAC folks on Angie's List. These guys are unequivocally the best and unparalleled. I wish I had them when we built our house. I would have saved a lot of grief and money. I pray that they stay in existence for all time. I would not use anyone else. They are the nonpareil!

They were there all day. It was a pretty major job. Overall, they provided what they needed to. It was a good price for a quality product. The technicians and installers are all professional.

I've used Texas Air Zone for years -- they're WONDERFUL. I would recommend them to anyone. Primarily they have performed routine maintenance on my first home's HVAC system (15 years old), but they're now helping to make my new home's system (which is also very old) more efficient. They always take the time to explain things and are honest about what it makes sense to do from a financial standpoint. Also very friendly. Highly recommend!

Isaac was extraordinarily helpful and honest. He provided great guidance on potential next steps and provided reasonable quotes for repair work while being upfront about the negatives of purchasing a completely new system. Highly recommend.

This was the first time I have used this company. Isaac arrived on time in a clean, shiny van. He diagnosed the problem in about five minutes and completed the repairs in less than half an hour. He's a very personable guy with a great attitude. I will definitely use them again.

The initial response when I messaged them was quick. Chris called the next day to chat about my problem and I was told the office would called the next day to schedule an appointment. However, I didn't hear back, I left Chris a voicemail and also messaged them twice on here. After 3 weeks, I called the office and managed to schedule an appointment. This is the only reason for the "B" rating for responsiveness. After that, they assigned Isaac to my case. My experience with him was nothing short of excellent. He is very professional, very responsive and was always punctual to all the schedule appointments, if not arriving earlier. He was able to diagnose my issue (not having heat/air in 1 level of my townhome) pretty quick. He's very knowledgeable, took time to explain my issue and made sure I fully understand all the options I have. In the end, I chose to replace the damper motor.

This time we had an electrical short, and the technician was very thorough in finding the cause. He repaired the wiring and replaced a part damaged by the short. Efficient, courteous, and very nice. Brett was our tech and he's been here before, always a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent response installed new unit within two days after old unit began to fail in the middle of the hottest season. I used Texas Air Zone for about two years prior to new unit installation for twice annual service. We had a very old system over 20 years old. They never pressured me to replace the old unit and did excellent and reasonably priced maintenance service. I did check their price with several other reputable A/C companies and found them to be very competitive. I picked a very upper end unit there were many offered for less. This unit is almost completely silent, keeps the house at exactly the right temp year round you never know its even on. Greg has done all our service is prompt, courteous and very informative about the state of the system. Chris the owner came out to the house promptly and diagnosed the only problem we had with sweating air registers in one room after installation. It was our problem not theirs turned out to be air leaking from the attic into the living room. We fixed the leaks and never a problem in the last six months summer or winter. Great company highly recommend them.

Perfect. Mike suggested a simple solution that didn't require any repairs. As usual he was punctual, professional, and solved the problem in the most cost efficient way. Wish all my service providers were as good as he is!

I'm the biggest fan of their's, when I first moved in the house I called them up and say hey come look at this system I know their old probably want to be replaced here's my cheque book do what you want they came and look at it and said alright you might be able to get two or three years out of these systems in any case don't do it right now cause it's summer and it;s expensive if anything wait till January February you'll get deals. They are the most honest company and the previous house when they had replace the system there it totally change the atmosphere in that house because they had replaced the duct work and it was so bad before so perfect afterwards that I just couldn't find enough words to say what a big difference it made, not to mention that it look perfect, they are the most professional, top notch service company I've ever dealt with.

I've been in the construction management business for decades. People ask me if I know any good, honest, air conditioner people, and I have to say, I don't know if there are any, but if there were, Isaac at Texas Air Zone would be on the top of the list. Young man with old school values... Good job.

I have used Texas Air Zone for about 15 years. They are, prompt, friendly, and honest. If it can be repaired they will repair the unit.
