Description of Work: Need to have the heater and AC inspected and maintenance completed. Explained that it was too cold for the AC inspection and offered a program that costed less and provided two sercices calls with cleaning and maintenance. They treated my wife very well, explaining what needed to be done in detail and allowing her to ask all questions. Over very happy with company and would use again. In fact a co-worker is having to replace their unit and I am sending Texas Air as a strong referral.

Description of Work: Installed a new carrier infinity unit for the first floor of my home. This company was the only one who recommended repairs in duct work, adding a return on the second floor and re-sizing the vents. Everyone else simply gave me the costs of a new system, but Texas Airzone evaluated my specific situation. Now that it's the summer, my house has never been cooler--even at 78 and at 77 I'm cold. I also had them do some work on my mother's system and the results have been equally excellent. I love this company, and I have tried about ten different companies on the list.

Description of Work: Greg showed up on time and in fact called ahead to tell me he would be arriving in 30 minutes. I was really impressed with the professionalism and he was very honest and upfront with me. He fixed one small problem and explained more about my heating and A/C units then I have ever known. I really appreciated Greg's time, and will call this company again if they are needed.

Description of Work: We have been dealing with an air conditioner that doesn't cool our house for several months, and tried to work with the home warranty company. After the revolving door of home warranty service people, we finally decided we would just spend the $$ to have things repaired properly. I found Texas Airzone on Angie's list, and called them Friday. Today (Monday), Greg came out to our house and did an inspection. He was extremely thorough, and also very patient in explaining our problems to us. He also went over some easy ways for us to keep our home cooler (the filter we were using - even though not cheap - was not doing us any favors). He did not push us to spend a lot of money, but made some long and short term suggestions that fit in with our budget. I cannot say enough good things about Greg and I am ***so*** happy we researched companies on Angie's list. Description of Work: I read so many good reviews on Angie's List that I thought I would try them even though there were reviews that complained that they never heard back after the original meeting. Well, we now fall into that category. It's been almost 2 weeks since Chris came out to assess our needs and give us an estimate on replacing our entire HVAC system. He spent 3-4 hours thoroughly checking our system and explaining in detail what he would do to improve air flow, etc. We were very impressed with his apparent expertise and were anxious to receive his quote. Unfortunately, we've never heard back from him. Since two other companies promptly gave us quotes, we will go with one of them. What a strange way to do business - an incredible waste of our time and his!

Description of Work: Chris Roebuck came out and gave us an estimate regarding replacement of 2 HVAC systems. Although his presentation was very smooth, we have not yet received a proposal after a week. All of the other contractors submitted their proposals within 24 hours if not on the same day. We are still waiting for his, and needless to say, we will not consider doing business with this company. There was even no response to an e-mail sent inquiring the bid, and we don't know the reason for the delay.

Description of Work: I have 6 A/C & Heating units. I set up the appointment about a week in advance to accommodate my schedule. The serviceman arrived exactly at 8:00! Amazing! He thoroughly checked each unit, tested both the A/C and heat, and cleaned the filters. There were a few minor things that he found that he also took care of. He was here about 5 1/2 hours and did the most complete check-up I have ever had. I ended up buying the service contract from them because of how impressed I was with the quality of their work. I would recommend them to anyone!
