Description of Work: Manny is a nice guy, took us forever to schedule a date for service.

Description of Work: They put down sod. I had to wait a while as they were very busy but we handled all our business by phone. They called, laid the sod, then cleaned up. When I got home it was all done exactly as I requested on the phone. No need to take off from work!

Description of Work: They came to lay sod in our backyard. Like many parts of the country, endless rain caused delays. Once the sun came out, the crew were on the job bright and early. The backyard looked the best it had been in a long time with 4 boxers running crazy. I should have taken pictures because with all the rain, the dogs have kinda of trampled it again, but we can see green still coming through. I thought the crew did a great job, now if they could train my boxers!

Description of Work: The advertisement is for 450 Sq. ft. of sod. I received 1 pallet (I think less than that). There is NO way I got 450 sq. ft. That is 45 x 10 feet and NO way did I get that.

Description of Work: We arranged with him to be home for the planting on a Wednesday and I was told we would need approximately 10 bags of topsoil first. I bought and stacked 12 bags near the site. He came one day early, used none of the topsoil, but planted the grass very professionally. I have not heard from him since his visit. Yes, I would use him again!

Description of Work: Put sod where I asked them to in my yard, where grass had died. Manny reccomended to replace it with the same kind of grass when I thought it might need a grass that grows better in more shade but he seemed knowable so I said we would try it.

Description of Work: Installed St. Augustine Palmetto sod and adjusted sprinkler head. Manny and his crew were great. I have a very small front yard as does my neighbor. We both needed sod and Manny agreed to combine the two jobs, which resulted in a considerable savings to both of us. He told us ahead of time when he would do the job and he showed up on time. After installation, he power-washed the sidewalk, something I would not have expected. The sod looks super healthy. Now it's up to me. | |A side note that I think speaks to his character and professionalism: I also needed a limb cut off a tree in my yard and he agreed to give me a price for doing it. As it happened, he forgot to check it out. When I brought it to his attention, he responded by apologizing for the oversight and volunteered to cut the limb for free. Gotta love it! Manny is my man for any future landscape needs.

Description of Work: Over the years my yard had fallen into disrepair (weeds, bare spots); in less than two hours Manny and his crew transformed it so that I hardly recognized it. They removed the weeds, tilled the soil, raised the sprinkler heads, laid the sod, and used a roller to even it out. They cleaned up well afterward. I was most impressed with the professionalism of the crew. Unlike many workers these days, they actually seemed to care how things turned out! I am quite pleased. My yard looks great again.

Description of Work: They trimmed trees and bushes for me. They are now going to do my weekly mowing service.

Description of Work: They had to reschedule due to no sod available. They did not cover all the areas I had hoped they would cover. However, they did a great job and it's looks good. I maybe have to order more sod, but thought it would cover everything. The muddy area in back of the shed is still without sod. However, they were good at communicating and assisting in what I needed done. I would use Manny again.

Description of Work: Scalped the yard & laid out new sod. It looks so good today & I'm very pleased. I appreciate Manny & his advice & expertise. He & his crew did an excellent job & I would use his service again.
