The representatives from the company were extremely friendly and professional in the early phases of the proposal process. However after coming to my home twice for more detailed estimates they disappeared. I called and asked for my estimate buy they would not return my call. They just disappeared with no followup or phone call.

Prompt, punctual service. Expert roofer walked on my tile roof correctly. Tile roofs are very sensitive. Replaced broken tiles and nailed siding back on to roof. Helped me move a bench out of the attic where water had gotten in. Very pleased with service. Hoping this repair "did the trick" and I will stay dry now.

Randy provided good analysis of roof and the options available with no pressure to choose one grade of material over the others. Work was done professionally and to the level of my very high expectations. Communication with workers was never a problem, as there was always a fluent English speaking employee on site. All workers were polite, professional, and tidy. The price was more than a bit higher than the next closest bid, but the confidence I had in their work was worth the difference.

We found another company to go with.

Staz-On gave a quick response for a bid. Their estimate was honest and open. They did not try to pretend to give a lower estimate by putting any conditional items ( for example $ cost unless old roofing was put on a certain way that might cost more to remove -- with no mention of a specific cost if that situation arose). They were quick to return calls. Office help was polite.

Very well. Rob came recommended and I can see why. He was very thorough in his estimate and in preparing me for what we might find once we opened the roof on the main house (built in the 30's, it has had several additions with some odd-ball repairs). His crew was punctual and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves, and Rob was on-site directing and performing the detail work himself. He went the extra mile to even paint the window frame he replaced, and talked me thru all the repair work that was performed on my small section of roof, to include replacing some rafters. I was very pleased with my experience and have already recommended Staz-On to some of my co-workers.

The Starz-On people "prepped" the house for potential dust before roofing began. Arrived early....worked late- never left a mess. In some ways we hardly knew they were here. Excellent work. Complete clean up. Truly an easy project.

Estimator Rob Ramsdale was quick to respond and stayed in contact. One negative is the start date was pushed frequently, finally starting on the July 4th holiday, almost a week from the first start date. Once they showed up, the crew worked quickly, did a professional job and cleaned up. Price was comparable to other quotes received. Staz-On won our business due to the estimator's accessibility and knowledge. It's fortunate our schedule was flexible because theirs certainly was. Crew very polite, enjoying their work, hard workers on a hot, muggy day.

I contacted 12 roofers and received 10 quotes from $4,200 to $7,000. Staz-On had the lowest bid. One might expect the lowest bidder to be a compromise in terms of quality or professionalism but I did not see that at all. Staz-On was prompt in their estimate. I was impressed that they were able to quickly schedule the job in two days. My representative was Rob Ramsdale. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The work took a day and a half. The first day they had 10 men working. The second day was just two men finishing the last of roofing and doing cleanup. My yard was cleaner after they were done than before! The workers were polite and appeared to do very good work. There was just one surprise. The previous house owner had not taken off the original roof. There were two sets of roof shingles that were not obvious at the edge of the roof. Staz-on had missed this and so charged us only half for the additional work to remove both layers.

New roof is beautiful. Service exceeded my expectations. Randy Pickle (sales guy) was excellent. He was always available by phone or in person, punctual, very personable, and he did exactly what he said he would do when he said he would do it. The roofers completed the work on time and there were no surprises. The roofers accidentally messed up our satellite dish and Randy got it fixed, at his expense, within a couple of hours, on a Saturday. These guys were the best!
