+ -1 moreVictor came out to look at job to give an estimate. After no response for about a week, contacted Victor about a bid. He said he sent it several days ago and would resend it. Nothing came. Tried to contact him again, and have had no response, not even a courtesy response saying I'm not interested in your job. Very poor customer service. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend Startex Tree and Landscape to anyone.

+ -1 moreThey were originally my energy provider, but I switched to TXU. I had such a bad experience with TXU that I switched back to Startex. The bills are what they said they would be. Their service was such that I called them once for a question and they were able to answer me quickly. I've had no issues with them at all. They are a company that a lot of people have not heard of, but they do a really great job. Several of my neighbors have switched to them recently as well. They are the total antithesis to TXU.
