We have used Splendid Gardens for years. Their professionalism is unmatched. Their creativity and skill is great and their crews work very diligently to maintain excellence. But most importantly they’re all great people! They’re not the cheapest option but they shouldn’t be. You definitely get what you pay for. Highly recommend!

Fabulous! Elizabeth is wonderful to work with and her crew is fantastic. Splendid Gardens re-landscaped my entire front yard and back yard 2 years ago (in University Park), and I had her re-landscape my son's front yard (in Preston Hollow) this week.......not an easy task since lots of old landscaping had to be pulled out and there are so many trees on his lot (lots of shade) but she and her crew did a wonderful job!

A great job redoing the landscaping in our front yard. We added beds, plants and a tree. We’ve used Splendid Gardens many times. They are always very professional completing the work and cleaning up after the job is done. I would highly recommend them.

Elizabeth is awesome! She has great design ideas and communicates very well, which you don't get from many landscaping crews. Her crew was extremely professional and did very high quality work. Wouldn't change a thing, will definitely use them again, and refer to anyone!

I can't say enough good things about the work that Elizabeth's crew did in all phases of our project. They were respectful, careful, diligent, and cleaned up and disposed of all debris. The front beds and yard in general looks fresh and colorful, ready for the new year. The Christmas lighting was very nice and installed evenly, and brightened our spirits during the holidays. Elizabeth has been great to work with and get to know. I would highly recommend Splendid Gardens, and I am excited to use them going forward.

We contacted Splendid Gardens the end of January/early Feb for a job we hoped to have completed last week of February. The work moved to first two days week of 3/2 and as planned, they finished on time. Our yard is totally transformed. Gravel area, crushed granite area and a mulch area with mondo grass. The yard now has plenty of beds with great plants, a flagstone area, walkways and a large pot full of plants, too. It is beautiful, serene and exactly what we wanted!

The provider/crew is always prompt and professional and accepts feedback and works to satisfy my requests. We have used this provider for several years now, and the crew and Ms. Hark go over and above to service my property, both in terms of landscape installation and maintenance. I have recommended this provider to several clients who now use her services.

Splendid Gardens has taken care of my landscape for almost 2 years. As a hands-on gardener, I have really enjoyed collaborating with Elizabeth; she is always willing to take the time to listen, provide feedback and quickly respond to any special requests. I did not have that experience with a large well known maintenance company I had perviously used If you are not a gardener, I would even more highly highly recommend Splendid Gardens for full service installation and maintenance. The crew arrives each week like clockwork and does a thorough job; they are extremely professional and pleasant. Lawn fertilization, weed control and sprinkler repair as needed. My lawn has never looked better! The cost for my yard is approximately $70.00 per week. Other additional services are very fairly priced.

Elizabeth and her crew are a delight to work with. They totally revamped our backyard -- installing sod, making irrigation adjustments, putting in a stone path, and installing tons of flowers, trees, shrubs, and vines. Everything was done meticulously -- and the clean up was pristine (they even cleaned up the mess left another landscaper who installed a retaining wall for us). There were no surprise charges and she stands by her work -- replacing a number of our new plants that didn't quite make it due, mainly, to our irrigation system. She is responsive, kind, and fun to talk to. We have since hired them to do our yard maintenance and they always do an excellent job. (After coming home from work one day after they'd been here and cleaned up mountains of leaves, my husband said, "whatever we are paying them, it is totally worth it!") I highly recommend her, plan to use her to landscape my front in the future, and give her name to people every chance I get!

Elizabeth will work within your budget and will develop a plan that can be done over several months or even longer. Her crew is professional and responds quickly to additional tasks that are asked of them.

It really is hard to write about "how'd it go" without the excessive use of superlatives. My experience with companies providing landscaping services is that they all talk a good story and the initial level of service matches the "good story". Unfortunately, the quality of service inevitably declines over time until the customer creates a fuss about quality or changes to another provider. The second issue I have encountered with other landscaping companies is costs which are ridiculously out of kilter with either the quality or quantity of services provided. With Splendid Gardens NONE of these issues have occurred over the last year of service. The Splendid Gardens owner, Elizabeth Brune Becker, is obsessive about customer service and that is a good thing. Her pricing of services is fair and reasonable. She regularly solicits feedback from her customers and stands ready to handle special projects as requested by her customers. Elizabeth seems to have the knack of hiring good people to staff her landscaping crews. They work hard, are efficient and are always professional and pleasant when interacting with Splendid Gardens' customers. Without any reservations or hesitation, I strongly recommend Splendid Gardens for landscaping design, installation and on-going maintenance.

They are great. They come through and do a full assessment of what we want done. They will not do work that doesn’t have to be done.

Elizabeth Hark arrived on time for our first meeting in late August. A very personalbe person. We discussed my needs and she sent an estimate the next week- it tooke me a few weeks to get back to her to let her know that I wanted to hire her services. She begin that very week. After her first visit she contacted me to see if I was satisified with the work and we discussed one area of concern which she corrected immediately in the next visit. She has done an excellent job - my front yard has never looked better. I am looking forward to a long future with Splendid Gardens.

From the moment we met Elizabeth we knew that we had selected the right landscaper. In fact we like her so much that we have asked that her team provide our on-going yard service. Because we have dogs she is using organic products in the back and side yards and a mixture of organic and non-organic in the front yard. It is such a pleasure to watch things bloom every day. We have more landscape work for Elizabeth and her team to do, but will do it a bit later in the year. We also plan on having some additional hard scape work done. We so appreciate that when she is here, she always wants to see our three big dogs. We love Elizabeth!
