I also have had them do my house. They just get it done, that's the key thing, and they are good at organizing closets. Sometimes, maybe, they are not as pristine as I would like them to be or as precise with the cleaning, but if I bring it to their attention they will get it done.

Fanatastic-exceded my expectations

I submitted the original report over a year ago. We have used Sochil weekly for two hours.for over one year . She is competent and honest. I believe she works mostly in the Mesquite area. She is familiar with the house and does an exceptional job, and occassionally surprises by going the extra mile such as cleaning the oven. (UGH) ! We have no complaints except she is almost always 10-15 minutes late.

They came on a Saturday on short notice, which I really appreciated. They were nice, but they had trouble finding my house. As I tried to give them directions, they had a hard time understanding English. When they arrived, one of the ladies did not speak English at all. This lack of ability to communicate continued and was a bit frustrating, but we were able to communicate enough without me trying to use my Spanish. The chemicals they used were harsh and really filled the house. They used a bagless vacuum cleaner, but they were nice enough to dump it outside far from the house. There were two ladies. They seemed to move slowly, so it probably added about 50% more time than it should have taken (they were here for over 3 hours, in a small house, and they didn't even have to clean every room). They were thorough with some things, but they did miss a few areas, too. They used some plastic cloth to clean the lightbulbs, and the plastic they used melted on the lightbulbs, which left a terrible smell, but I replaced the bulbs and the issue went away. Overall, they were OK, but I will look elsewhere next time unless I'm desparate on a Saturday, again.

Sochil left a flyer on the door and I called her. She is an independent operator and says she has 15 yrs experience. I don't doubt it. We discussed that we were looking for weekly service for about two hours. We finally settled on 40.00 a week for two hours. It must be strange to walk into an unfamiliar house and immediately start cleaning in the right places. We have used her for about four months, and are very pleased with her thoroughness. She is familiar with the house now, and goes right to work and leaves the house spotless.
