SOS Foundation Repair

SOS and Luis far exceeded my expectations and I am extremely happy with the results. They delivered as promised and went above and beyond to answer any questions we had regarding the process. If you are looking for honest folks who truly care about you and your home, SOS is who you should go with. I normally do not do reviews but companies like SOS simply do not exist anymore and I could not pass up the chance to share the great work they did at a very fair price. The contractor was very professional and friendly. After he concluded that the foundation was good and that no work would be needed from them, he was still very helpful and answered a lot of questions without showing any sign of being irritated. There was no charge for this service so I really appreciate that he not only took time to check the house but also answered a lot of questions.

From the estimate to final inspection they were professional, prompt and courteous. Never pushed for a sell but instead they explained everything they were proposing and why. I had 4 companies come out and i am extremely pleased with my choice. I have recommended and will continue to recommend them to family and friends. I will also be using them for future projects on our new home.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Luis, the owner, was extraordinarily responsive and made it to my home same day to give me an estimate. He was an excellent communicator and extremely thorough in his explanation on work needed, expectations, etc. His team was punctual, very polite, clean, conscientious...they were delightful and excellent in their work. Luis followed up consistently and responded very promptly to any inquiry or need. All team members went above and beyond in workmanship, attitude, and customer service, and very competitive pricing, which made this experience truly a blessing. I could not recommend SOS more.

He looked around my house at the foundation. I left my key with him so he could go inside to look at the foundation from there. He took a closer look and gave me an estimate; however, he told me would be willing to do the work but not until roof had been worked on. He said he was fearful for his workers because the roof needs work and he was afraid it would fall down on them. I appreciated his honesty and he even mailed my key back. I felt comfortable having him in my home.

The work went great. The workers were very fast, hard-working, courteous, and dependable. All work was cleaned up on a daily basis. At the end of the job, all work material was taken away. Many of our inside cracks disappeared immediately as the house was lifted. Any outside cracks were filled in at the end of the job. The original estimate to finish work was 4 days, and we were very pleased that it only took 3 days, and that is attributed to the workers' efficiency and speed.

It was highly professional and friendly. Louis is the owner came out to provide free estimate and we explained our plan with the home. He took time to explain everything to us he was very knowledgeable, he was a very caring person it wasn't just about the business. He really worked with us to accomplish what we needed and was very genuine. His crew that came out showed up on time, were really nice people, did good work and left everything neat and clean. There has been no issues since work has been completed, after work was done a plumber was sent out to make sure none of the work affected the plumbing and nothing had went wrong. I am recommending them to anyone I know that needs foundation repair. The interaction from beginning to end was smooth, easy and enjoyable. Were looking forward to selling our house!
