Each member of the Soils Alive team that we have dealt with has been remarkably professional. Highly communicative, they've been out 4 times in the 3 weeks since we started the service. Our lawn is already starting to turn around. They really know their stuff. The price is somewhat higher than comparable major providers, but they seem to go out of their way to earn it. They're the kind of people I love to interact with.

Showed up timely to fertilize lawn. Some treatments are a spray foliar feeding and others are granual. Was told they would call day before showing up, but did not get call. Lucky someone was home to let them in backyard.

I called Brad to inquire if he could provide assistance with my train wreck of a lawn. He spoke to me about 10 minutes while getting my information. Then he came out to my home to do an evaluation. He could have easily sold me on a product that may not have worked for my specific problem and he would be laughing all of the way to the bank. I really appreciated the fact that Brad had the honesty and integrity to point me in the right direction on what would be best for me, not him. Therefore it's obvious this company has integrity and honesty and in a world full of corruption, thieves and crooks, Brad at Soils Alive is one of the good guys and I cannot emphasize enough how much I recommend you contact them to treat your lawn.

The service provider told me it could take up to 1 year to see a noticeable improvement in my grass. I have St. Augustine. There has been no visible improvement in my lawn over the 12 month period. It definitely was a waste of money. The technician was changed several times over the year. I will say the technician always called the day before to let me know he was coming and arrived as scheduled. He left an invoice detailing the treatment he had done and problems noted. That part was good but overall my grass is in the same poor condition as it was prior to using Soils Alive.

Joe is excellent. He calls 1 day in advance so I can lock up the pups that day. Quality is excellent. Backyard was struggling and he has implemented a recovery program for my yard that I am very pleased with. Also, can call anytime with questions or concerns and he always is polite and listens, and incorporates into his next treatment program. Joe understands grass, soil, bugs, weeds,...; a true expert in his field. I highly recommend.

They were very good and they are organic. We like that they use organic products as much as possible.

I heard about Soils Alive on WRR 101.1FM and gave them a call. I have used them ever since then. Their product is far superior to any chemical application: healthier for my soil and our family. My lawn is the best it can be. Their blog also provides excellent information. Recommend highly to anyone who doesn't want to use chemicals that kill off all beneficial micro organisms. Fabulous service!!

They call the day before to let us know they are coming. I wish they would give more notice.

Always lets you know he is coming, and if you are home when he arrives he will share his opinion of the lawns shape, and what his application for the day is, and what it is expected to do for the lawn.

They came out and put together a plan to reclaim our yard that was overrun with weeds and bare spots. Since the products used are more natural than not, this is not a quick process, but after almost a year we have far fewer weeds and bare spots. We will continue to use this service.

They have done a great job, and have made significant improvements to our landscaping, and the yard overall.

Service is reliable and professional. I have had the same technician for several years. The yard looks green and healthy and no sign of winter weeds at this time.

I have an annual service contract. They do a good job of determining when they need to service and what needs to be done. It is all organize so safe for the dogs to go out after 20 minutes of treatment. Always professional and courteous.

I've had Soils Alive doing fertilization and weed control on my yard since 2007, and I couldn't be happier. Our lawn went from patchy and feeble to beautiful and green. Not only did the grass benefit, but my trees and bushes grew like never before. They may seem expensive, but in the long run it's totally worth it. I recommend them to everyone that has a yard, it's one of the best decisions I ever made!

They do not perform the yard maintenance but I prefer to use them in lieu of our yard service to avoid the use of toxic chemicals on my lawn. Our yard looks as good or better than our neighbors without the chemicals so I am pleased with the service. They are also very professional--call before they are coming, come when they say they will, etc.

The use organic materials. Have used their services for years.

They have been maintaining our lawn health for the last two years and our lawn has drastically improved in fullness and greenness. In addition, our plants and trees are much healthier as well. Would highly recommend Soils Alive!

I have had the same technician for quite a while, they do their work, leave me notes on what was done and if I need to water and when. My yard looks the best it has in years. I highly recommend this company.

I pay a $550 (roughly) bill subscription for treatments for a year. So far it has been 2 years with good results. Once a month, I receive a phone call from a guy who says he will be out tomorrow to spray the yard. He's really nice, I think he may be the owner? So that morning, I unlock the front gate and go to work. When I get back, the treatment is finished with a note on my door telling me what was applied, when to water, and other basic instructions and information. It's pretty easy to know whether treatment was actually applied. When I go out to water the next day, a distinct smell begins to surface. It almost smells like plastic. But it goes away soon. I rarely have to water anymore to keep the grass green. Two years ago, if I wanted to keep the grass as green as it was this summer, my water bill would be tripled (like it used to be). The only issue I have is that there are a couple of brown patches in the front yard. It seems that no treatment has been able to cure whatever is wrong with these spots. I'm sure he sprays over them, maybe he could take note of what he sees each time he comes out and let me know if there is anything else I need to do to fix this problem?

Have used them for over three years. Would recommend them highly to anyone who in environmentally conscious and wants a great looking yard.
