Description of Work: It has taken a while to get the lawn in good shape, but it is doing well now. |I don't ever need to remember when or what to do. They just show up and do it. I have requested that the technician ring the bell so I can ask questions or make requests, and they always do.

Description of Work: Lawn seems to be improving, but still struggle with weeds. Company is reluctant to treat weeds with weed killer because of microbes in soil.

Description of Work: Purchased their care maintenance program to see if we can rebuild my yard that was devastated by the numerous hard freezes we had this past winter. I am two months into the program and am already seeing a difference even though my area is in Stage 3 water restriction. If the trend continues with the lawn, I'll definitely look into renewing the program before it expires.

Description of Work: I pay a monthly fee for my annual treatments. I do not have to contact or schedule service. They are on the expensive side but treatments are all natural and environmentally, kid, and pet friendly. When I have had to contact the office for assistance they have always been extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous when solving any issue. My yard looks great, better than when I used another large lawn care provider.

With the annual service from Soil Alive and a few repair in my lawn I now have a very healthy , free of weeds lawn. Soil Alive also service my flower bed. I will continue using Soil Alive. Description of Work: We have owned our current property for about six years. During that time we gave several other national lawn care services a chance to make a difference in our lawn and shrubbery to our complete dissatisfaction. We have been using Soils Alive for about 18 months now and our lawn has never looked better even with this heat and drought conditions. I appreciate the use of organic materials and so do all the earth worms and lizards in my garden! I'm getting the benefits of natural fertilization, aeration and pest control with the earthworms and lizards. Occasional use of non organic treatments has been necessary but are used sparingly and only as needed. Dennis who treats our lawn is knowledgeable, professional and personable. They are a bit more expensive than others...but well worth it in my opinion.
