Arrived on time; consulted on the best locations for the skylights; installed in a couple of hours and cleaned up when they were done.

I looked on Angie's List for companies that install skylights. Then I went to the Solatube website and found that Skylight Solutions was listed as an authorized installer. Angie's List had good reviews so I called them. I spoke with Jill and she gave me the prices over the phone and advised me that the installer could come the next day and bring materials for either the 10 inch or the 14 inch and he could advise me on which we would need based on the size of the rooms. Juan, the installer, called me that evening to state that he would be at my house at 9 a.m. as scheduled. He was right on time. He determined that we would needed three 14 inch Solatubes. I chose the upgraded diffuser for our guest bath. He completed all three installations in just 3 hours and cleaned up any mess that was made. He was very professional and I love all the light we have in all 3 rooms. We have two desks in our office and he placed the Solatube in that room between the two so that both desks get ample light. The day was partly cloudy and we have large trees, but the improvement is amazing.

The installer (Juan) showed up right on time. He assessed the space we wanted the tube put in and suggested we go with a 14" instead of a 10" tube because of the size of the room. He and his assistant went right to work and completed the work in about half the time we expected. Juan took the time to show us our filter options as well as describing the pros and cons of each filter. He climbed the ladder several times to switch the filters so we could make the right choice for our room. They really wanted to make sure we were pleased with the installation. We were very impressed with the whole process. They were on time, did the work skillfully and quickly, and did not leave any traces of their work behind. We've been debating for two years about having this done. Now we wish we'd done it sooner. The difference is astounding and better than we could ever describe.

I've been doing business with this company for 3 years. Very professional. Robert (the owner), John (the sales manager), and Juan (the installer) have done all of the work I've had done. If I had a business I would try to steal Juan from them. I request Juan each time I use Skylight Solutions, he is very professional, dependable, and down-to-earth. Gives a lot of input that's not required as part of the job.

The goal in roof ventilation is to get the attic temperature down to about 20 degrees of the outside temperature. These two fans, along with the existing radiant barrier, get our attic temperature down to within a few degrees of the outside temperature. So, we are quite happy with the results. The work was neatly and professionally done by Juan, their lead fan installer. John Hutchins throughly answered the many questions I had about the project - both before and after installation. The lady who originally estimated the job for me on site was detailed and informative. On two previous occasions, several years ago, we had three solartubes installed, and we were quite happy with the overall experience then, too. This company continues to offer good products at a reasonable cost, and gets them installed timely and professionally.

BOTH THE TELEPHONE CONTACT AT THE OFFICE AND THEIR SERVICE TECHNICIAN WERE HELPFUL, FRIENDLY, AND VERY CAREFUL TO MAKE PRECISE ARRANGEMENTS FOR SERVICES AND SCHEDULE.

SUPER PRODUCT AND A GREAT JOB DONE ON INSTALLATION. I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THE FIRST LIGHT I HAD THEM COME BACK AND INSTALL A SECOND ONE IN MY LIVING ROOM. THEY WERE GREAT PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THE INSTALLER WAS ON TIME AND DID A GREAT JOB. I AM A HAPPY CAMPER.

PETER SWANSON ARRIVED RIGHT ON SCHEDULE AND WAS VERY PATIENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE WITH ALL OUR QUESTIONS. WHEN WE DECIDED ON THE SIZE OF THE SOLAR TUBES, PETER WENT RIGHT TO WORK AND ACCOMPLISHED THE INSTALLATION IN A QUICK AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER. AFTER THE INSTALLATION, HE CONTINUED TO ANSWER OUR FOLLOW UP QUESTIONS AS WE ARE CONSIDERING INSTALLING ADDITIONAL SOLAR TUBES IN THE HALLWAY AND KITCHEN. IT WAS A PLEASURE TO HAVE SUCH A PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISH THIS WORK.

THE INSTALLATION SPECIALIST MADE SURE WE UNDERSTOOD WHAT WOULD TAKE PLACE IN OUR HOME. HE ASKED QUESTIONS IN ORDER TO FIND OUT WHERE WE WANTED THE INSTALLATION TO TAKE PLACE. WE EXAMINED THE POSSIBILITIES TOGETHER. HIS WORK WAS EXACT, QUICKLY EXECUTED AND HE CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS. WHEN WE HAD A SMALL LEAK MONTHS LATER HE RETURNED AND FIXED THE PROBLEM EFFICIENTLY.

I LOVE THIS SERVICE. THEY HAVE A GREAT PRODUCT AND THEY KNOW THEIR BUSINESS. ON TIME, WELL PRICED. PROFESSIONAL IN EVERY WAY.
