They did a good job. It was an insurance claim. I only paid whatever the deductible was. It was around $15,000 because it was quite a large job. It was an older home so they needed to have some extra expertise and they did quite a good job. The price was very fair.

He was always promt on any / all scheduled appointments, returned all our calls promptly and made sure we knew which subcontractors would arrive and exactly what they had been told to completedaily. He was on site daily to supervise and check up on the work as it progressed. He stayed exactly within his original bid, payments were made 3 times during the job and the work was done pretty much on schedule. There were a few l problems with the work of 1of the subcontractors. The dust on the floor was not completly removed prior to urethene coat. Therefore the floors were very griity under the uethene and a few holes had not been sealed prior to the urethene. We called Ron to view this job and when we told him we wen't happy with it, he agreeded and had the subcontracts start the entire urethene process again. While this extended the job by several day the end result was well done and we were happy with it. I would definitely use his company for future project needs.

It went well, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Ron. I will start by saying that I am not the best Angie's List member and I don't always submit reports when I should. Ron's service, however, has been so exceptional that I could not let it go unheralded. It is evident that he has a passion for restoration work and has a genuine appreciation for old houses. He was knowledgeable about all of the restoration options and was about to counsel us about the pros and cons of each. In addition, as a fellow friend of dogs, he was able to counsel me through my loss of a loyal family friend which occurred during the three weeks our windows were being restored. I will now trust Ron with any restoration work in my home as well as any referrals for painting, handyman work, and landscape services.

The experience with Ron and his crews could not have been better. Ron was always prompt, he and his crews were always courteous, and their work quality was superb. Ron was here every day and always double-checked the work of his crews. If he wasn't satisfied with something, he had his workers re-do it at no additional charge to me. He is a perfectionist and often caught details that I did not notice. His workers always cleaned up after themselves well. I would hire Ron again in a heartbeat.

Both of his jobs look remarkably beautiful. The quality of his work is definitely worth the price. He always says exactly what he says he going to do, which in my experience, is completely different than most contractors. His sub contractors are also reliable, honest, and clean up nicely.
