Beginning the day after purchase of this coupon, I have attempted to contact this provider using the Angie's List schedule/availability tool, through the Angie's List messenger, twice via email, and twice via phone. I've left my contact information and details about the coupon. I have not heard back from this provider at any point, and my coupon is about to expire. I would like to request a refund of this coupon to my original payment method or in Angie's List credit. Thank you for your assistance with this issue.

They did extra work, I paid $200 in addition to the big deal price. I liked that they were upfront with the pricing because I have the vaulted ceilings so I knew it would cost more. I asked if they could fix one thing and they were very clear about the time it would take to fix it so we agreed they would paint the main room and then go on to paint the ceiling then after the first coat I would inspect it and they would let me know how long it would take. They were really good about being upfront about how much things would cost. They were very fast, quiet and good about cleaning up after themselves. I did find paint spots on the floor they could have cleaned up if they noticed it.

Hired Erik again, this time to paint all of our interior walls and trim, and patch a couple of cracks throughout the house. He is very polite, punctual and professional as always, and the quality of work he does is ,phenomenal. I have been using him for years now, and he has impressed me with his great work every time. If your looking for quality give him a call.

I spoke with the company owner, Erick Allerano and we made arrangements for him to come by Saturday July 16, 2016 sometime before 3 PM. Mr Allerano was to text me that day to confirm exactly what time he would be there but alas, that never happened and I never heard from him again. Needless to say I won't be using his services since he's proven from the start, at the very least he's unreliable in addition to unprofessional.

However, it was Mr Erik Allerano, the owner, who made no attempt to pick up the extension ladder and the other folding ladder. They were left in the living room for two weeks. I called Mr Allerano several times. Twice he said he would pick the ladders up but never did. It wasn't until he needed them that he picked them up. I feel I should have charged him storage fees. I would not hire them again.

They did a good job. They gave me a discount. To get a better grade from me they could not have nickel and dimed me.

The finished product is beautiful; I can't stop looking at my walls! The painters were punctual, polite & professional. They asked which areas needed to be painted & they got to work. I had my furniture moved prior to them coming so it saved time on them painting. They covered the floor and other furniture before they started painting. What I loved about the painters was that they paid attention to all the little details and they took pride in their work. I'm very impressed with their work & I recommend this company to anyone that wants to have their home painted. I will utilize them again in the future.

He came out to fix the two sprinkler heads that I told him were broker. He tried to charge me $90 for a diagnostic to show my what I already know is wrong with the system. The worst customer service of any provider I have ever dealt with. STAY AWAY. Use a more reputable company

The guys were nice, and professional. Showed up on time, and completed the job. I recently had my bathroom redone and thought that by hiring a professional painter, I would have a more professional looking paint job. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The work they did, I could have done myself with considerably better results. A quick example: one wall had a few holes in it from anchors that were removed. Instead of repairing the small holes first, they painted over them. I had to go behind them and do it myself. (in addition to repainting some spots on the ceiling)

I asked them to come and paint two of my bathrooms using a $200 painter for a day coupon from AngiesList. I called and they had availability very quickly (same week even). When they arrived I quickly told them what I would like done and they began within 5 minutes. They arrived around 9:30 and said the start time would be 10am, we would have 2 painters for 4 hours from that point. I was worried that they may be slow to set up or try and short me on time. This was the exact opposite. Within 4 hours they had completely redone my large bathroom/laundry room. They moved my washer and dryer without complaints and dealt with a nosey dog and cat with a smile. I wanted the second bathroom redone. There was some ceiling damage that would take time to repair. He gave me a fair quote, similar to the rate I paid for the angies list coupon. They could have easily upcharged me here, as I could never do these repairs on my own. However, again, they were more than fair. They patched the issues in the wall and ceiling and went to lunch, so no time was wasted. They stayed unti lthe job was done and cleaned up very well after. I think the highlight was when they pulled the light socet plate off to paint, some of the wall came out where it had been carelessly patched. There would have been a gap if not repaired. They repaired this at no cost, even though it was due to poor workmanship during construction and not their fault. I plan to do some more work in the near future on our home and will have these guys back for sure.

Originally I had hired another Angie's List provider to paint a walled patio. One day the painter had to leave early and said he didn't feel good but there was no follow-up from the company. The next time I visited with the owner of the paint company he told me the painter had two deaths in the family which I understood. Even though they had done a good job it wasn't completed. I tried to contact the owner about 2 weeks later without success. Angie's list helped me purchase a deal from S.H.I Services to complete the work. Erik, the owner, was great to work with as his team completed the patio painting with the deal. He then gave me bids for the garage door and the cement stain. It all turned out very well and I am so pleased.

Erik is very skilled and very responsive. He's good at what he does and I am going to use him in the future. He's almost become a friend at this point and will go out of his way for his clients! 5 STARS!

It didn't start off great. After buying the deal, I received a note from them asking for my cell phone and that they would be in touch within 24-48 hours. Took over a week to hear from them. On the day they were supposed to arrive and paint, they arrived almost 2 hours later than what they said. I had to call them to find out where they were...they never called me. Once they arrived, they showed up in a car, and said they had truck problems, and had to transfer everything to the car. The driver of the car stayed in the car, and one guy came in. He walked into the kitchen, and looked at the pain I bought, and immediately said I had the wrong paint. The other guy from the car that was supposed to be helping, never came inside (the deal was for 1 painter for 8 hours for $199- the day before he called and said it would be 2 guys for 4 hours, instead). He said they couldn't do the job without the right paint. He then said they don't normally work on Saturdays, but he would make an exception and send 2 guys for 4 hours on Saturday, and I could go and get the right paint in the meantime. So, 2 different guys showed up on Saturday, and did a decent job. They were nice and helpful. All in all, I am glad the job was done, but it was a little painful!

They were great. 2 painters showed up on time, worked for 4 hours and did a great job!

Eric and his assistant painted my porch floor, my patio and its edging, and several places inside. Then i hired Eric to come back and stain about 150 feet of wood fence. They cleaned the fence first with water machine which took the old stain off and some painting I had done. They let it dry overnight and came back the next day to spray the stain. It looked like a brand new fence!

It was all good, they could not have been nicer. Spent a lot of time talking about other things that need to be done to keep our home in good repair. Even took pictures to show me how full the gutters were and had good recommendations to improve our drains etc. Very very nice and helpful.

We paid $299 for eight hours of painting. We needed our kitchen painted and was glad we didn't try to do it ourselves this time. It was worth the money to let the professional do it. The painter that he sent was prompt and curteous, and did a good job. He was on time and finished the job in a day. We paid a little extra to get some cracks fixed, but it was worth it. Eric also had good follow up. We would use him again.

Recently hired Erik again. This time around we wanted two rooms painted but we ended up doing the entire interior of our house after we saw how nice the rooms turned out. They also did a couple of accent walls throughout the house, Erik's idea, and we love it. Great job as always.

Everything went great, and did exactly what he said he would, Erik also helped with other stuff he saw wrong while they were here working, he is an honest guy, will definitely be my go to guy they do almost anything.

They did a quality job and seemed responsive. They were friendly and do not overcharge. They do a good job and I will continue to use them in future.
