They advertised a special. I called and their number was out of service. I notified Angie's list and later that day was informed their phone was working. I made contact with them and asked to schedule the cleaning that week or the next weekend if possible. They said they would get back and let me know. They called back and said they couldn't. I asked if they could come in the second week of December. At first they said yes and then they said they didn't have enough people to send to Plano when I wanted them to come. In the meantime I read more about other folks experiences with them and decided I wanted to cancel the whole thing and look for someone else. It seems to me if you are going to run a special at the Holidays you should expect that you are going to have a lot of demand and be prepared to meet that demand before you run the special. They seemed nice enough but they could not get their business together well enough to handle incoming requests.

On time, very courteous, didn't hard sell on other services although certainly offered them! Very efficient. Carpet was cleaned perfectly! I have 2 older small dogs who are adjusting to being left home alone - and not very easily! Pet stains were no problem for this company! I will definitely recommend them in the future and call them again!

We had a very difficult time getting set up with an appointment, however, part of the problem was due to the holiday season. When we finally got one, they were an hour late (Jessie and 2 ladies). They hurried thru the cleaning and were gone in one & one-half hours. The ladies cleaning the bathroom did a good job, but broke a small vase (which they apologized for & offered to pay for). Also, the comode seat had a sticky substance on the surface. Most of the house was vacuumed & dusted ok, but blinds were left up on windows, and items from a shelf were left on kitchen table, and several other items were moved, instead of being put back where they were before. They cleaned the kitchen counters, but as far as I could tell, nothing was moved (cannisters, etc.) - just wiped around. They did ask me to check each room after cleaning, so I accept part of the blame in not noticing wrong things. However, you do not always notice everything until later (such as kitchen counters & sticky commode seats). We would not use them again.

The experience was terrific! When scheduling the service, they were professional and accommodating to my schedule. They arrived right on time and spent just a few minutes with me to set the expections of what I wanted to get done and what was most important to me. They let me know, given there were three workers, where they would start and what time they expected to be complete. I found this to be very professional and there were no misunderstandings -- very customer oriented. They got right to work and it was clear that each member of the team knew exactly what their role was and how best to clean and move throughout the house in a very thorough and efficient manner. They were very consciencious of my personal belongings and moved things with care -- ensuring they put all things back in their place following the cleaning. I was pleased with the thoroughness of the work, the professional and courtesy manner in which everything was completed. They worked non-stop start to finish with no waste of time. Everything was Tip-Top! When they finished, they did a final walk through with me to ensure my satisfaction. I was more than satisfied! It was a pleasure to have the Share Clean team in my home and I am very appreciative of the superior service and personal care.

We needed a lot of work to be done and they did a great job. They worked straight through, were polite, and worked very hard. We were very pleased with the results. There was a small glitch in scheduling but other than that it went smoothly.

Appointment was scheduled and 4 girls showed up on time. We talked about my main concerns for a short period, then they went to work. They worked consistently for 2 hours, the house looked nice and they left. All was done very quietly and methodically.
Description of Work: I had just purchased and moved into a home so I had a lot of items that needed dusting before they were hung on the walls or put away. I hired them to clean my house and I thought I had explained clearly that my main concern was dusting. The girls were prompt and went to work in a very professional manner. I was satisfied after they left because my home was clean but, as I was getting to wall hangings and such, I realized that most of the items had not been dusted. This type of thing is the main reason that I do not like hiring cleaning service companies. It seems that the employees are trained in only one way even though they always ask what my main concerns are. In summary, Share Cleaning is the most professional and pleasant company I have ever hired. I would hire them again and just supervise a little closer to ensure that my concerns were taken into consideration.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!! I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal that stated I was to receive 5 hours of deep cleaning for $99.00. My ordeal with this company began the week before Thanksgiving. I'd never had housecleaning services before so with no knowledge of what to expect I began calling and leaving messages at the listed number. I placed 3 calls each time leaving my name, both numbers and my email along with letting them know I purchased their number thru Angie's List and the date of service I was looking to schedule, after the 3rd call and vm I received a call back but wasnt home at the time, I tried returning the call but again got only a voicemail. After waiting 2days for a return call I sent email the company (I still have the email exchanges). This started a series of run arounds to the point that my preferred service date was December 2nd. Finally, on December 7th after a few weeks of trying to get a date scheduled Iwas able to secure January 3rd and was told by the owner of the company Johnny Olivaris that they do not normally schedule that far in advance but he would do it this one time and that they would arrive at noon. I read what the deal offered which was their deep cleaning service that included scouring the bathrooms, cleaning the blinds and a good deep cleaning. On Jan 3rd, a team of three people arrived at 1:42, which was an hour and half later than what I was told.. They came in and I was told that because there were 3 of them that my cleaning time was reduced to 2.5 hours. The boy who spoke to me was the only 1 of the three to really speak english he said and asked me what all I wanted them to do & I told him I'd like what their deep cleaning services were as that was what the deal was I bought and that was to include the bathrooms and the deep cleaning. At 2:53 he came to me and asked me to take a look around as they were getting ready to leave, they failed to deep clean anything, they didn't clean the master bathroom shower, nor did they dust the main living room, foyer or dining room, they didnt mop the kitchen or the foyer and they didn't touch the wood floors at all nor did they clean any of the window blinds. I brought this to his attention when he brought me the paper to sign up for regular service, I told him I didn't get the service that I purhased and he said he knew they had missed stuff but that they were only to be here for 2.5 hours which I pointed out to him that they hadn't even been here that long, he then stated to me that I had received their regular cleaning service package & I said I'd purchased the 5 hrs of deep cleaning. At this time 1 of the women with him began speaking spanish to him saying that I was mistaken I'd gotten the regular service, Needless to say I'd never ever use them again, I had to go back and clean all the areas they failed to. It was an awful experience from trying to just get a date scheduled to the actual service I received. So s DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, you do not get any type of professional service nor are their cleaning services very good at all and you'll be out the money and still end up cleaning your own house.
Description of Work: I purchased the angie's list big deal. 5 hours of professional deep house cleaning services which was supposed to include scouring of all bathrooms, floors, dusting of entire house to include all window blinds, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming of all floors, cleaning all rooms, kitchen, removal of trash so on and so forth.

Hi Member, you purchased a coupon for 5 man hours of cleaning. Nowhere in the coupon does it say deep cleaning. You called us consecutively and then we returned your call and left you a voice-mail. When you had called the entire month of November and December was already completely booked. We had over 200 houses scheduled within those two months. So we then scheduled your home to be the second home to be cleaned in the beginning of the year. When we talked to you we told you they would arrive between noon and one. Meaning we were forty-two minutes late, and we truly apologize for that. (When you say your cleaning time was reduced, it was not. You received all of the man hours you purchased.) Since your home had a lot of work to be done we believe the best thing you could have done was purchase two coupons for your home. I know the quality our team members give and there’s no possible way that you would be left to re-clean everything we did.

The ladies did a very good job after a long day. I was happy with the quality of work but the communication in scheduling was eventually bad. It worked out very well at the start and I was even called on the day of the cleaning to confirm the time. All was well until no one showed up. I eventually called the office after waiting over half an hour and eventually was told that the ladies were short-handed and that they would be late. They showed up several hours later and because they were short-handed, the two-hour / three person cleaning took three hours, so they didn't leave my house until around 9:00 p.m. Because they ran out of time, and the house probably was too big to clean in six hours, they didn't do the master bedroom and bathroom. So I spent the night cleaning these areas so that dust/dirt wouldn't get dragged around the floor. This is not really their fault, but had they shown up on time with three people, it would not have been such a burden.In general, the cleaning was very good and I used a "deal" so the price was excellent. Communication between the staff and office should be better and hence, the same with the customer.

I purchased two Big Deal coupons for this company in October 2011. About three weeks later, the company contacted me to schedule the cleanings. When I called back to make the appointments, I was told that I could not without giving the coupon numbers, which I did not have in front of me (as a new Member, this was the first time I had used the Big Deal system). So the next day or so when I had those numbers, I called again. When I finally reached a person, I was told that all available December dates were taken and the company would not be making appointments for January until Monday, Jan 2. I called first thing the morning of Jan 2, received the voice mail, and left a message. No response. I called first thing Tuesday, Jan 3 and left a message. No response. I called again around 10:45 am Jan 4 and made contact with Mr. Olivares, who informed me he was driving in the car, soon to be at the office and that he would "call me right back" as soon as he got there. When I hadn't heard from him in three hours, I called Angie's List and requested a refund for the coupons I had purchased - I had by that time made at least five or six telephone calls and had completely lost confidence in this company's committment to its customers. It should not be this hard to schedule work from an Angie's List service provider, especially when you have already prepaid for the work!

Several housekeepers came, worked several hours and very thoroughly cleaned the residence, Even down to making the painted concrete floors SHINE! Very nice people! Have already used them again, and most of our communication was through e-mail, which was very handy for me.

I really appreciate that they did a great job cleaning a difficult-to-access area on a slanted vaulted wall. However, they failed to dust any of the furniture in my dining room. Other furniture in the house had top surfaces dusted but not other exposed surfaces such as lower rails on chairs. This was especially troublesome given that one of the crew spent at least 30 minutes trying to convince me to sign up for repeat cleanings. I would much rather that he had spent that time actually cleaning my house!!
Description of Work: A three-person crew cleaned my house. I specifically requested a thorough dusting since this cleaning was a follow-up to a series of construction projects in my home.

They came in a let me explain what I wanted done and what was the most important. I knew they wouldn't have time to clean the entire house, as they only had 2 1/2 hours for the two people. They went to work immediately and did a great job on the kitchen, bathrooms (4), and floors. They were very professional and polite. I have another coupon with Angie's deals, and I plan on having them back in the new year. They did give me a quote for weekly cleaning service, but it is too high compared to what I pay for every other week with an individual. I liked that they spent their time cleaning not talking on cell phones, and did a great job. I would use them again when every they offer another deal.
Description of Work: They came to clean as much as they could in the time allotted with the Angie's Deal. I specified bathrooms, kitchen and floors. They were able to get some dusting done also.

The inital clean by the company was great. Purchased special "angie's list special". After initial clean, which was great, later service was not great and got worse. Initial special was great, requested to be taken on as new client. From the beginning, scheduling was a problem. Postponing or always late. Then service was lacking. After things were omitted completely, began to follow around and things were skipped and had to request that they be done again. Last appointment they were over an hour late after requesting to be scheduled for later in the day. The initial appointment had been set up two weeks prior. Constantaly had to request things be done over because they were done poorly or skipped all together.Then after giving up on things being done, I received a phone call saying they could no longer provide me service because Frisco was too far for them....being located in Dallas. Even though they were servicing Colleyville and Coppell, which is twice as far as I am from their initial location. Why was service really cancelled??? Why did service go downhill after initial coupon offer??? Extremely disappointing after being taken on as new client. Will NOT hire again....even with coupon/special offer!!!!

The older lady that cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen did a great job. The male did a good job cleaning the floors. However, I had them use my vacuum and floor cleaner because I felt like they would do a better job than their supplies. Dusting was sporadic. They asked about doing the upstairs, but I believed the time limit did not allow any other room than the bathroom. I called the office and expressed to Johnny that even though his brother was polite, I was uneasy about him asking me questions which I felt were inappropriate, such as, "Did I work?" "Was my husband upstairs?", "Does my dog attack?" I used the phrase "casing the joint". Johnny agreed that he would have his brother do other work in the company and "leave the cleaning to the ladies". I want to believe that their intentions are good. I appreciated the help I got. However, based on my past experience, their cleaning skills and supplies are somewhat lacking compared to other cleaning professionals I have had. I wish them well.

The second time 2 workers came.They cleaned the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms and the kitchen. I called and scheduled the appointment with them after my purchase. They called last minute and told me they wouldn't be able to make it due to a computer glitch. He eventually told me that I was not in his service area and would not be cleaning my house. They had my address and zip code when they scheduled the appointment, so I don't know how this would have happened.

The three team members arrived on time, stayed for the full two hours, and worked diligently. They agreed to bring their own equipment as my vacuum cleaner was out of order. They arrived with a small bucket of cleaning supplies and a vacuum that was malfunctioning and left foreign debris over the carpets. They damp mopped the kitchen tile floor but the mop they brought was horribly dirty to begin with and left a smell in my kitchen so that I had to rewash the floor myself the next day. They contacted me about continuing the service in the future. I had used an Angie's List coupon for $99 for 6 man hours, but their regular rates were about about double that amount: $33 an hour is more than what I am willing to pay for housecleaning services.
Description of Work: Cleaning of lower level, stairway and one bathroom on upper level of a 3200 sq.ft., two-story house: dusting, vacuuming, washing tile floor in kitchen and bathrooms, cleaning two bathrooms and a powder room.

I purchased a coupon from Angie's list that entitled me to 6 man-hours of housecleaning from this company - which I think is an amazing deal. I was told two people would come for 3 hours on Nov 21st at 8am. The two ladies came at 8:30am with no apologies but did get right to work (they did stay the whole 3 hours and worked constantly during them). They asked if I had any priorities, which I did - I even had a list, though I had made it for my husband (in case they asked him questions) since I would be in and out doing errands. At the top of my list were kitchen and living room, then bathrooms, then bedrooms, then the rest of the house. On the list, which I gave them, it stated that the hardwood and tile floors were extremely important. Both ladies were polite and busy the whole time (according to my husband). When I got home for good there was about a half hour left for them to clean and I tried to stay out of the way. When they left I looked around and noticed that because the living room had been saved for last they didn't get a chance to finish it - the built in bookshelf was not dusted (along with a couple other places), there was a good bit of debris left around the edges of the floor and a large part of the floor had not been mopped very well. I was not expecting perfection since this was a 'get done what you can while you're here' kind of job, but I did expect my priorities to be listened to. There were also a lot of little things they did that I did not feel were important like making the beds or emptying the trash cans. I really wanted done the things that I find difficult doing right now, but that may be my expectations clouding my judgement. Even though there were a few glitches I truly appreciated the service I received, though I would not have them come back for any kind of scheduled clean. When I pay for cleaning I have very high standards and this company did not quite meet them. Updated to add: After a day or two my husband and I realized a few things about this service. They used up almost all of our Clorox wipes, put a nasty dust mop cover in the washer (complete with bits of trash on it) and actually broke our shower door. The shower door was probably on it's last legs anyway but they certainly should have told us. I'm even less impressed now and have changed my ratings to reflect this new info.
Description of Work: Swept and mopped floors, made beds, cleaned ceiling fans, cleaned bathrooms, etc. - general housecleaning.

The first appointment was great. Then I began to try to schedule the second one, and it was a nightmare. I called the first of October to schedule December 10th, as I was having a party then. I was told December was totally booked. I then tried to schedule a time before Thanksgiving. Johnny would call the day before the appointment and tell me he had to move it, and I moved mine twice. Finally I told Johnny I had to have a date before Thanksgiving, so he told me his team would come on Thursday, November 17th at 12:30p. Maria even called me at 6:00p the night before to confirm. At 11:30a on my scheduled date, I had a voice message from Johnny saying they would be unable to come out, because another client in my area had cancelled. I called back and got voicemail, so I told him I would expect a call from him shortly. When he called back, he just told me that since Mansfield is so far, and the other client in the area had cancelled that he wouldn't be able to send anyone. One hour before they should have been here, and now he has cancelled again. None of these excuses are my problem. He knew where I lived from the first appointment, and if the other client cancelled, he should, as a customer service, have sent a team anyway. Now, I have a dirty house, and no recourse. This is really poor business.
Description of Work: I purchased three tickets of two hours cleaning by three ladies on their special. Two for me and one for my son. The ladies who came out for the first appointment were 15 minutes late, not a big deal. There were only two ladies, so I called Johnny, who told me they would work for three hours. They did a GREAT job, and I was extremely impressed. My son, however, has had scheduling problems with them. He called and gave all of his information to Maria, who scheduled him for November 17th, and told him they would call a week ahead to confirm. When he didn't hear from them, he called on November 16th, and they said they had no record of him in the system. Where all of the information he gave to Maria went, no one seems to know.

We have never cancelled twice, the other time we rescheduled was when you called us and asked us to move your December appointment to November.
