Three people showed up and cleaned my house for 2 hours. They did a really good job!

They do and outstanding job.

They were great and would use them again.

Two people came and they did a really good job. I would consider them in the future.

I bought their service as part of an Angies List deal. They never returned my messages to set up service. After many attempts I finally asked for my money back from Angies List. They did so promptly.

They showed up on time went straight to work and continued finding places to clean until their time was up.

RipOff - could not even set an appointment for 'Share Cleaning' to do any work!

Wonderfully. The only time I had a complaint the crew returned and cleaned my house with no charge. These folks are great people.

Spoke to Johnny the owner and we agreed on dates and time for my house to be cleaned. The ladies came out the first time around but Johnny said they were not in his area and the cleaning ladies had to drive to far so he would refund my money for the second cleaning but never received the refund for the second cleaning. The order number was 141757-1 141757-2 it was placed on 10/02/2011.

Would love to tell you something, but since they never called by or e-mail to schedule the cleaning, I cannot respond.

They did a good enough job but it wasn’t quite what I was expecting. I have no complaints though.

They were fine; when they first came out, they did really well. We had some different people that came on the team, and I wasn’t as happy with it. So we moved on and we don’t use them anymore. Their price was fine. They started showing up late; I would be here and they would be a little late. No one would call and I would wait. I think that they just got a little sloppy at the end. So I enlisted another individual that cleans some of the houses next door.

They were never available to come to my city when I was available. They were never rude or anything. I just tried several times and we kept having scheduling conflicts. So I canceled the order.

They were a no show. They didn't call until an 1 1/2 after the appointment time; I called 3 or 4 times, sent a text & an email & have no response until much after my appointment. It's not a problem being late as long as you advise someone, but no response is not appropriate. When he did call back he tried to tell me my appointment was scheduled at a different time, which he wouldn't have been able to make anyway.

I have been very sick and my house was in a very bad state. Johnny, the main cleaner, is very communicative. He was very busy because of the coupon. He is sometimes had to get a hold of but he calls right back. He is very professional. I am picky and they are learning how I like things. They are really helpful on all things.

This is a difficult review to write, in one experience I would give them an A and recommend them, in the second I would say they were not reliable. First experience September 2011 -- received good service. The crew of 3 showed up on time to clean for approximately 2 hours. They did an excellent job of asking where I wanted to them to concentrate their efforts, for example cleaning the patio doors inside & out and taking extra care with the glass in the master bath shower. The young man was very conscientious, polite and eager to ensure we were pleased with the job done. Since this was a special purchased through Angie's List, they left a bid for future service based on the size of our home. I was impressed enough that I also purchased and scheduled a cleaning for a friend the following week as a gift. Second experience Feb-Mar 2012: The company contacted us offering a similar special and asked if we wanted to schedule an appointment. My husband spoke to him and asked him to call back in 2 weeks and speak to me. He called exactly on time and spoke to me, I scheduled a cleaning for the next week on Thursday. I waited the entire morning and no one showed up. I thought maybe I wrote it down wrong and they would come Friday morning, again no one showed up. I needed the house cleaned for a weekend event at my home so I got busy and did it myself along with my husband's help. I did not have time to track them down (their number was in my husband's cell phone) and I never heard back from the company. So in several categories I gave them the average of an A & F which resulted in Cs. I will reiterate that the young man was very nice and eager to make sure we were happy with their work, so not sure what to recommend.

They were on time and cleaned more than the average house cleaning service offers. They brought three people and were finished with much of the house in 2 hours. They were unable to thoroughly clean a second bedroom and bath only because they ran out of the of time allotted/scheduled per the purchased deal but they did wipe down the two room so, overall, they did an exceptional job. I have been looking for a quality service for over three years and have finaly found the service I am happy with.

This is in reference to my Order No. 183619 for 5 hours of cleaning service in my home - Mr. Olivares sent his team out to my home today 3/3/12 - I was out ranning an errand and according to my daughter they arrived a little after 9:30AM and left at 11:15 AM - I was back at home at 11:30AM and they were already gone - my daughter said when she asked them about cleaning the living room they said it would take too long as they had another home to clean - all they cleaned in my home was 2 bathrooms - ran the vacuum in my bedroom and left - this is rediculous - this coupon clearer stated 5 hours of home cleaning and I was not even given half the time - I am very disappointed in this service and would like to know what happened here - thank you. Harriette Belle 972-288-2892. In addition - this company used up all of my Comet and 1 full roll of my Paper Towels in their cleaning process - I am used to companies bringing their own supplies.

OK, but again, did not do the job I requested.

First, although the owner called me to tell me that the team was going to be late, they were still late. I was told they would be at my house between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. The owner called me and told me that they would not be arriving until between 11:00 and 12:00 noon, and 2 ladies did arrive during this time frame. I've noticed that others have said that they received a thorough cleaning, but I did not have that experience. The team (2 ladies) was very nice, but I get the feeling that because they were running behind from their first job, that they did not thoroughly clean my house and felt rushed to finish within 3 hours since I purchased one of the "Big Deal" coupons for 3 hours. One of my main requests was to dusts the blinds. The young lady cleaned the newer wood blinds in one of the rooms that I requested, but the older vinyl blinds in the bathrooms were not touched and they clearly had thick layers of dust. Unfortunately, I didn't notice this until after they left. Also, I had to point out too many other things such as requesting a thorough sweeping under certain items, wiping down certain fixtures in the bathroom, etc. Also, virtually nothing that was moved while they cleaned was put back or put back in the proper place. When something is moved, I expect it to be put back where it was found. Everything was moved on my kitchen counter and I had to put everything back or it was moved to a place I did not have the item in the first place. Also many items that were plugged and needed to remain plugged were left unplugged such as my electric tootbrush, my facial cleansing brush, my coffee maker, etc. After I have a house cleaned, I shouldn't expect to do just as much work afterward getting everything back in order.

They do a good job cleaning, they're thorough, and friendly. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them.

The team that showed up to clean our house were polite, punctual and most of all extremely detail oriented. Nothing was missed, everything was thoroughly cleaned. The house hasn't looked this good even when i was using a regular cleaning service. There were things I have tried to clean regularly that I have never been able to get as clean as they did. I will definitely use this company again and I hope this is the team that comes out. I bought a 6 hour cleaning session (which could be reduced to 3 hour if 2 people came, or 2 hour if 3 people came, etc.) and they managed to clean the whole house (1500 sq ft) very thoroughly in this amount of time.

They were supposed to arrive between 2:30pm and 3:30pm, but arrived at 3:40pm. They got to work and did a thorough job.

It was a good experience. Two ladies came and did the whole house in three hours.
