We have booked this service for December, but I wanted to "pre-share" what an absolute professional pleasure it has been to deal with Johnny. I called the minute I purchased the deal to try to get the date I needed, and he called me back by 8:30 the next business morning. I gave him the date range I was interested in, and he said he would call me back as soon as he could arrange the schedule. I have had SO many experiences with companies/reps that tell you that, then you have to call them back 3 days later because they forgot, got busy, etc. I got a call back by 10am with a day in the range that I asked for! I told Johnny I was so impressed with his quick response and ability to work with our schedule, and he shared that he had had a couple of instances in the past where he was not as responsive as he should have been and it resulted in less than positive reviews here. He explained that he tried to learn from that lesson and improve his business. When he told me that, I decided to write a "pre review" simply to say that anyone who can openly admit, learn and improve their business is worthy of my business. I fully expect the service will match my experience so far!

They did a great job, they were very professional. I liked what they did. They provided an estimate for ongoing work. Their price was good and they were prompt.

They did a very good job. The cleaning was thorough. They followed my directions on what I wanted cleaned and what not to clean. They were also very nice and gave me an estimate on how much it would be for them to come out and clean weekly or monthly.

Extremely unprofessional. 3 kids came 15 minutes late. Then in the middle of it all 3 started working on the estimate for future cleaning and spent 15 minutes talking to their main office. Left on scheduled time.

Share cleaning was responsive in scheduling the housecleaning appointment and told me that I would have two people cleaning for 3 hours, for my total of 6 hours of cleaning purchased, and that I could direct what the cleaning priorities were. I explained to the representative who came with the two cleaners that my bathrooms were my first priority and that I wanted the plantation shutters in two bedrooms dusted. I went about my business and was in the opposite end of the house. Two hours into my three hours, I went to check on the two cleaners' progress. They had cleaned the master bath and dusted and vacuumed the master bedroom. They were still working on the second bathroom! These bathrooms were not unusually dirty--the tubs had been cleaned one week prior. I then tried to communicate with the cleaners to move into other parts of the house to dust. I told them to forget vacuuming anything else, that I would do that. They had not yet dusted the shutters, so I asked one to do that. They did not understand English at all, so I called the scheduling number and had their employee on the phone communicate to them to at least mop the kitchen floor before they ran out of time. So, for my 6 hours of housecleaning, I received a little dusting, two bathrooms cleaned, and the kitchen floor mopped--nothing else touched in the kitchen and no cleaning of the half bath. After they left, I discovered they had not even cleaned the floor in the second bathroom. I live in a 3100 sq. ft. home with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. I had the same cleaning person for years and saw what one person could do in six hours in my home. It is absolutely ridiculous how little these two women accomplished in the 3 hours. When the English speaking woman came to pick them up, I explained how unhappy I was at the amount accomplished. She said a representative of the company would call me to somehow make amends. I never received that call.

The company owner gave us options for scheduling and called in advance of the service time. Christina and her helper worked for three hours cleaning our house and did an excellent job. We have already scheduled services for next month. Their prices are reasonable and a great bargain for the price.

I emailed Share Cleaning, based on the reviews, and wanted to know if they could possibly fit me in to their schedule this week. They scheduled service and came out that same day! The team (of three) was kind, courteous, and did a great job! It has been my experience that the scheduled cleaning time usually gets pushed back a bit by the end of the day. But they made it and did good work with a professional attitude. I would use them again.

I purchased a $99 cleaning special from Share Cleaning through an Angie's List Big Deal and could not be happier with the wonderful job this company did cleaning my home. Johnny was able to schedule us in within just a few days in order to help us get the house prepared for our premature infant's homecoming from the NICU. Providing a clean, safe environment was of the utmost importance, and Share did a fantastic job- they showed up on schedule, did a thorough job, and left the house sparkling clean. All correspondence was friendly and professional, and I would use this company again in the future. I highly recommend their cleaning services.

On the original contact I did not hear from back from them. I became alarmed but discovered later that they had been overwhelmed with response to their listing. I received a very sincere apology and decided they were most deserving of another chance after just a minor error. I am very pleased that I did and I look forward to using them again.

Do not call them they are a bunch of scam artists! Mind you they were 20 min late too!

The first time we had our home cleaned by Share Cleaning, they did a deep cleaning. They have an ongoing list of the regular services/cleaning that they do and are available to help with additional or special requests. Everything describing their services was presented to us in printed form and in a folder, so we knew just what to expect. We requested that the same team clean our house every time so they know what we like to have done and they have responded to our requests.

Both Mirza and Christina from Share Cleaning have cleaned my house on two separate occasions and have done a thorough and excellent job. They were extremely professional and respectful of my home. Share offers many options for many budgets from a one-time deep clean (which they recommend the first time they come) to a regular cleaning. Before bringing in Share Cleaning, I was hesitant about having someone else clean my home. (I am relatively meticulous when it comes to cleaning.) But as a working mom, I've been lacking the time and energy to clean the way I would like - so I called Share. I appreciate the fact that Share is an independently owned company run by a mother and her son, and not a giant cleaning corporation. Share did a great job and I won't hesitate to have them come back!
