Everything was done very nicely they were on point and knew what they came to do.

I really liked them. They did a fantastic job. I’m planning on using them again in the future and would highly recommend them.

First and third visit were exceptional. Second visit was not as good because some staff could not understand English.

They were team of two; they arrived promptly (actually early but I like that). They did a great job; my dog did not have any anxiety with them in my house.

Went well called to let me know they were running a little late. I appreciated the call.

The service writer maintained email contact throught the booking and called on the day of the service. The booking was scheduled after a moderate length of time due to limited availability in my county. The crew was on time, friendly and worked very well needing only minimal directions.

Very well. English was a problem at first but their children came over after a while and they spoke English OK.

Appointment was set in timely manner. Cleaners arrived on time. Did thorough job in 2 hours allotted. Cleaners very pleasant, professional.

Excellent experience from purchase to completion

The initial coupon service was so wonderful, I hired them permanently. Then they couldn't make the times and even then didn't show up on time. Then the actual service started to go downhill. They were rushed because of running behind and trying to reschedule and/or postpone. I was a new client, so I tried to work with that. Then things were totally omitted, not cleaned, skipped over. After requesting a more definite schedule, still problems with wanting to change at last minute. Then showing up over an hour late. Things were not cleaned at all. I had to follow around and have several things re-done. In the end, the floors were still not cleaned properly. One room was totally skipped over as far as the floor was concerned. I had already done a majority of the cleaning trying to get ready for the holidays. I had to ask that most of the bathrooms be done again and still the were not complete on final inspection. It was already so late in the day, I didn't even care anymore. Decided I needed to relax and then get a phone call that Frisco is just too far even though they had already been providing service to Colleyville and Grapevine, being based in Dallas, and that they could no longer come to Frisco to clean. Reallyt!!! Why provide the service to begin with and why accept a new client when you had no intention of following through with your offer and services. Don't take on new clients when you have no intention of following through with an awesome initial "coupon" offer. This was so dissappointing.

They came on time and were efficient and thorough.

They arrived on time, were very polite, went immediately to work, and did a very nice job of cleaning the house. They had to work very hard as I have had a great deal of remodeling work done in my home and the construction dust was everywhere. I would definitely use them again!

It wasn't exactly what I expected. It's just an introdutory offer they do not provide full service with this offer.

Overall, I think they did a very good job. For my own purposes however, $140 for six man hours for contracted weekly cleaning is too expensive.

The two ladies came promptly at the appointment time. However, I talked to Johnnie before the appointment, and he told me that three people would come, and only two came. They stayed for two hours and 30 minutes. Therefore, I only received five man hours of cleaning, not the six hours that I was promised when I bought the Big Deal. They used my vacuum cleaner and some of my supplies. I would rather the cleaners brought all their own supplies. If I had paid the $250 given as the value of the Big Deal, it would not have been a good value. At the $99.00 Big Deal rate, maybe the price was OK for what was done.

I had not contacted them directly. It was a gift from someone else. I don't recall the price, but it was a good one. It was a combined effort, and it was worth it as far as the gift giver was concerned. We were informed about things that were done and not done. We were impressed and satisfied with the work. It was kind of a first time venture that was very beneficial. We are still seeing how it works. We have decided to use them again.

They are good. They come out every other week. The cleaning that they performed when they first came out was great. My wife and I were very impressed. This was one of the reasons we went ahead and signed up with them to come out and clean on a more regular basis for us. We later found them to be inconsistent. They didn't have regular and consistent cleaning, and it was a little troubling for me. I was made aware that it would be different standards each time.

It went really well, according to my friend. They did a good job and they were easy to work with.

I called them on Wednesday, 9/28/11 and asked if they could clean my home by Saturday, 10/01/11 because I had a special engagement. They called me back Wednesday evening and informed me, they would clean it on Friday, 9/30/11. They spent 6 hours cleaning my house, which needed a lot of attention and did a pretty good job overall. What I felt needed slight improvement, I shared with the supervisor, who was extremely receptive and thankful for my feedback. It was a pleasure to know they care about how each client likes their house cleaned and are willing to accommodate us! I have recommended them to my family and friends.

I had them through the big deal. They were quite thorough in their cleaning. They provide excellent value for money.

First of all Christina and Maria did a fantastic job, I am really impressed. When Christina came to the door she asked me where they should and shouldn't clean and was extremely friendly. As I was just moving in and the house was empty, I felt that this would be an easy task. I hired the cleaners only to have the extra hands and to save on time. The first time I tried to schedule I didn't get a call back for a week so had to call again (the deal had already been purchased). The second appointment had to be rescheduled as the closing date moved. When the appropriate time and date arrived, they went to the wrong address for service (billing vs service address). As notice had Not been given yet at the current residence, this caused some serious problems. Once they did arrive, I felt that I had to supervize to make sure they were actually going to get through the two hours (3 person team). My 2 biggest problems were that one of the helpers actually spent the last 25 minutes sitting out in the car waiting for the other two, wasting my purchased time, and that plain water was used to mop the floors with no cleaner and the mop was shaken out over the carpet. I had to reclean most of what they had done. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
