Description of Work: This is an Angie's list deal that the provider was too swamped to provide the service. In addition, they will not schedule service to my house unless they have another deal in the area. So I have to wait for someonelse to buy the deal from my area before they honnor the coupon. Called them before the holidays and did not hear back from them. Called them again after the holidays and they never returned my call; I had to call them again. It was suggested by the service I contact you for a refund.

Description of Work: Can not say enough GREAT things about this company! Johnny called to confirm the appointment, then changed it at the last minute on my request. He called to let me know when the staff was an hour away just as promised. Now for the ladies who came to clean - FABULOUS!!!! They folded clothes that I had thrown on the bed so they wouldn't be in the way, cleaned the shower so well it looked as good as the day we moved in, and mopped, dusted and swept better than any service we have ever used before. The ladies were polite, made sure they understood everything I wanted cleaned, and then completed the job to perfection. My husband, who normally doesn't notice or comment on this kind of stuff walked in and said, "Wow - can we hire them every week?" I would recommend them to everyone I know, and will continue to call them for all our cleaning needs.

Description of Work: The first appointment time I had with the company--well it never happened. They lost or misplaced the appointment so no one showed. When I called an hour later,, that's when I found out they wouldn't be there that day but did make an appointtment for four days later. For that appointment time, they were thirty minutes late (with no apologies). They did work quickly and with three of them, finished 30 minutes ahead of time paid for. They did a nice job, including all the specific items I requested (such as baseboards and tile floors) as well as one extra request.
