+ -1 moreShade Works of Texas committed to repair our shade onsite. Their repair guys not only couldn't do the work as promised, but they dropped our shade and broke a part on it. They committed to come back and fix it, but we've heard nothing but excuses since then. They "couldn't find the phone number" and "left a message but it must've been the wrong number" and "will call by noon on Saturday" but never did. We've found another company who will repair the shade for $600. We've called Allan and Tricia three times to give them an opportunity to do the right thing. No response.We do not recommend this company.
Description of Work: Our electric shade was not rolling up all the way, and we needed that to be repaired.
