I would highly recommend Fleet Service to anyone - Brian Thomas, owner and the person who cleaned our carpet and upholstery, was very professional,... as well as very personable. He did a supurb job - and the great thing about this service is that Brian is the owner and the only one who does the work - so you don't have to worry about getting a new unexperienced person. He went above and beyond what I asked him to do and still kept his word on the estimate. His price was very well worth it - A very nice young man.

Can't say enough good things about Services by Fleet. The technician showed up on time, went right to work, and was done within three hours. He got out stains that I have never been able to clean. I paid the bill onsite using Square and my invoice was immediately emailed to me. I thought the price was very reasonable and they did a great job.

Mr. Thomas, of Services by Fleet, did an outstanding job. He was very prompt, punctual and responsive. He explained the process involved and he did excellent work. He also advised me to contact him in the event we had any problems or if any of the carpet stains removed seemed to reappear. We are very pleased with the work and would hightly recommend him.

Last November of 2009 I received services by Services By Fleet to do carpet cleanings, carpet power stretching, area rug cleanings and upholstery cleanings. Written in the contracts, in their web site and advertisements, and even verbally by Services By Fleet, there is a one year warranty on the cleanings. Early in October 2010, I called the company to request this service. After a few days with no return call, I called again twice in the next few days. Again there was no return call from the company. Then I went on line to reserve the service. I received an email that my service was denied. I tried once more with on-line reservation and again a denied was received by email. Finally late one day afternoon I called and finally the call was picked up. Initially Brian indicated that the warrant y was no longer in effect since it has been more than a year, however, after I asked Brian to look again he agreed that it was still in effect and is willing to schedule the appointment for the next week as no charge since it was his fault. Then a few hours later he called back and said that he does not want to come back and cancels the appointment? I have paid a lot for the jobs in knowing the warranty will be honored; however in this case it is not. Rebuttal after response from SbF: In all, SbF did not honor the warranty within a year as advertised. I have paid a high price for the works with the 1 year warranty to return; SbF quoted prices are higher and then discounted down to give a high percentage ? I had to use them because of the next day moving in to the house. Honesty is not at SbF so please beware?
