+ -1 moreOriginally heard about Mr. Serrato from a neighbor who has used him extensively and are glad that we decided to go with him. Best estimate of the several we got. Mr. Serrato was punctual and efficient. Above work was completed in 2 days with one assistant. Materials for hardwood floor ended up about $200 higher than original estimate but Mr. Serrato asked us for the go ahead before proceeding, which we appreciated. Everything looks great and we plan to use him for future projects.
Description of Work: Removed carpet in hall and replaced with hardwood flooring, repaired minor flagstone problem on front entry, removed diving board from cement patio, replaced broken collar ties in attic, installed crown molding in living room and foyer, other minor cement work.
