They provided excellent service. I still have some issues to work out with them. They are coming back and fixing the issues. The majority part was my fault because I couldn’t take off work. It was because of timing. They were excellent. I had no issues. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

The estimator was prompt and gave me a full report of what would be done. He was very patient in explaining the process of replacing the roof. Answered all my questions. His estimate offered the best price of the 3 I requested. I ultimately went with someone else who seemed more experienced in working with the insurance company. However, I would not hesitate to use Scott in a different circumstance.

We noticed that one shingle was missing from our roof. We called Scott since they had installed the roof 6 years ago. We thought it was under warranty but it wasn't so the charge was $150 to replace the one shingle.

Excellent, professional service. Very efficient staging, execution and cleanup. What few items there were on my punch list were dealt with promptly. They took great care to avoid damaging other portions of my house and surrounding landscaping.

Professional, on time, in budget, good workmanship. Scott Jordan was the sales rep. He was patient and thorough in the details. The front office was prompt with my requests. The crew that came in did a good job. Will recommend. Scope of work: Clay tile roof, replace skylight and dome in 2 places, exclusion on one chimney, replace broken tiles, mortar to seal eroded areas on roof.

Install went very well. It took one day longer than we originally planned but the guys were super careful when taking out and installing the windows. They also cleaned up after themselves. The actual windows were great too!

Great! We haven't used their services, but were very impressed with their quick response and ability to perform the projects we need completed.

Amazingly great! The roof was replaced in 1 day and Scott returned on the second day for 2-3 hours to finish details, clean-up, and perform a walk through final inspection. Thee level of professionalism of this contractor was just phenomenal.

Excellent. Patrick was prompt and professional. Work was great, on schedule, clean, looks good and hasn't leaked. They were able to work together with another contractor to complete the job without me having to chase anyone down. The woman in the office was very nice, upfront and honest when I inquired about some interior work.

- I was referred to Scott Exteriors by a co-worker who had her roof replaced by the company. - I was impressed by the YELP reviews and by the professional associations the company belonged to. - I called the company phone number on Monday at lunch time and was impressed with Melissa. She assured me that the company does repairs as well as new roofs. Melissa immediately emailed me the name and email address of the estimator. I then emailed him videos of the damage. - I got a voicemail on Tuesday some time after lunch and before dinner. I returned the call and was surprised that the answer message was a generic female voice stating the number. I would have thought there would at least be a recorded message giving me their name and company. I left a message. I then double checked the voicemail I had received to make sure I had called the right number. - Wednesday at lunch time the estimator called me. Thursday worked best for me and he was very accommodating as to the time when he could come. We set up a time. He said that he had to check out a few jobs in the morning and then do paperwork after that. I asked him if he had received my email as he had never replied saying he had gotten it. He said he had. - Thursday I arrive ten minutes before we are to meet. At 19 minutes AFTER we are to meet with no estimator in sight, I call him and tell him that if I do not hear from him in ten minutes, I will have to go with another company. 26 minutes after that I call Melissa and ask her if she knows anything. She sounds concerned saying this is not normal behavior for him. I tell her that I have never had someone be late and not call. I cancel. She calls me back in a minute and tells me that he had just called (there was a phone call that came in while she was talking with me that she could not get to fast enough) and said that something had come up where he could not get to a phone and he had called her and asked her to call me to let me know that he could not make it.

Scott Exteriors removed our (very large) hail damaged roof and reroofed in one day! Amazing since it was a short daylight day. They were professional and punctual and kept us informed. We will be having 2 skylights installed by Scott Exteriors, also. And I want to ask them about new windows, too.

They are on Angie's List. I thought the quote was thorough. It included what needed to be done. I think the quoted price was reasonable for the work that was being requested. The one who came out to do the estimate was very helpful and seemed very interested in the job, not just measuring and quoting. He was very personable and seemed to know what he was talking about.

The job went horribly First, they had the wrong address, so they had to call to find me and were late to the estimate appointment. Once they confirmed a date to come out, they were late that day. The repair they did was extremely unprofessional. Steve was supposed to be out the following day to inspect but never came, or even called. Had he come out he would have seen that the eaves were not even adhered to the roof and would have blown off with the slightest wind. They also tried to charge me for a piece of plywood that wasn't used. After almost a week the job was finally inspected, and the inspector (Chief) ended up having to redo the job. They then said there was "confusion" about the plywood being used. I wouldn't trust them with my business.

I contacted this company to investigate and give me a quote to repair a leak in my roof. I am also looking to replace all of the windows in my home, so I asked that the sales person take care of both quotes in one visit. I thought I set an appointment on a Friday, late afternoon. While I was waiting for the visit, I got an emailed estimate for the roof repair (only); the guy had come out the day before. Obviously, there was a miscommunication, which I can excuse...And, at least he was a day early vs. a day late. It had been raining, and I was in a hurry to get the repairs completed. Scott was the company I felt the least uncomfortable with, after a couple of estimates, so I pulled the trigger on the repair. I did not receive any confirmation that the repair had been scheduled, no call from the sales guy to walk through what was going to happen, how long it was going to take, etc...The tech performing the repair service did show up the day I had requested. I don't think the repair was done poorly (the leak is gone, but I haven't been on the roof or actually seen the repairs). I am just extremely uncomfortable with the lack of communication and follow up from these guys. Needless to say, I will not ask them for a window replacement quote, and I will find someone else next time I need roofing services.

I hired another listed contractor that does fence, siding, and roof repair to complete the whole job.

1. I received a quote from another company first, however they were difficult to get ahold of so I called Scott Exteriors for comparison. 2. Scott Exteriors was slightly cheaper and 10X more responsive so I booked the repair. 3. The job estimator Bruce Bacon has been very responsive each time I've called Scott Exteriors. This is my second time using this company. The technicians that did the job seemed experienced and were nice. 4. Bruce was able to get the job scheduled fairly quickly once I gave them the go ahead. I will use this company again, and in fact just called due to a leaky skylight that needs to be replaced.

Job started and completed on time. Patrick from Scott was very thorough and answered all my questions at the beginning. The workmen were very sensitive about what time they started and careful to clean up each day. At the end of the project Patrick from Scott Exterior returned and we did a walk through and he explained the work they had done. All was handled very professionally. Would recommend and use them again.

It went well. The provider came out the first day to look at the job. He sent me an email with a quote that evening. He sent the workers out in the morning. It was done quickly and the price quoted was much less than some competitors.

They showed up when they said they would, did the work right the first time, finished on-time, cleaned up the area, and followed up with an inspector the next day to be sure they got the job done right. I was impressed. Frankly, they were courteous, professional and there was no nonsense or surprises.

The job went very well. Scott's came out quickly, completed the job and cleaned up afterward. They were very professional. We certainly recommend them.

I called their number, spoke with a person, but I suspect that it was only an answering service. I was told that I would be called back to get an appointment set, but I never heard from them.

They went really fast and did a decent job. We would have liked to have more time to work out some possible solutions for some problems our roof had, but they just roofed over everything and later when we asked why they did not alert us to some issues before they finished the roof, they told us that most people just want it done.

They did everything they said they would do. They were timely and they were prompt. It was no fuss, no stress. You can't even see where they repaired it. It looks great! I would definitely use them again.

He did thorough inspection and gave us true estimates. He just told what is required and we should pay for.
