A somewhat mixed experience. Scott's sales rep, "Chief," was extremely helpful in working with me to figure out a way to improve my attic ventilation situation. It was a much more cost effective solution than what other companies had proposed. Their work crews also did excellent work. I'm very pleased with their performance. The big area for improvement was scheduling. We were never able to work out a clear schedule for the work to be done... nothing more precise than "probably sometime next week." The crews simply appeared to do the work; no call in advance. The work was finally completed a month after I agreed to the proposal. Also one crew could have been more careful. A ceramic wall decoration that was sitting on a table was broken when they moved the table to get access to one section of the house.

I would say for the most part it went well. The work they did was excellent. The cleanup was little below what I was hoping for, but otherwise it was a good experience.

They were very professional, they did a lot of woodwork around our home to. They did a really good job. They were very prompt and on time. I would recommend them to others.

My experience with them has been very good. They were punctual. They completed the job quickly. As far as I can tell they did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves. They did not leave a mess.

We dealt with Chief, who came out and gave us an estimate on a Friday. Once we agreed to have them preform the work, they were able to come out within 10 days and start working. They had an efficient 6 men crew which seemed to operate with ease. They were able to remove and replace the roof that same day, and did a quality job in the process. They also removed all of the roofing debris without any issue including the nails, which they used a magnet to remove from the yard. It was a pleasant experience and Chief was great. Our neighbors have also commented on what a great job they did and how well they worked. We will definitely use them for our future roofing needs! I had found a new leak in my ceiling that had been "repaired" last summer by another company. In checking Angie's List I found that Scott Roofing was only about 2 miles from my home and had an excellent rating. I called and Jordan came over the next day, did an inspection and discovered that a roof vent was at fault and needed replacing. He e-mailed a proposal the next day and the repairs were made the following day. This swift service will insure that I will continue to use this company and recommend them to my friends.

They experience went really well. They were punctual to the appointments that they made. I was satisfied with their quality of work. They were respectful around my home.

They did a great job of protecting our landscaping. There were minor staples, nails, and other debris left over in our yard after completion of the work, but considering the size of the job, I would consider it normal. Plus, they are still coming out again to re-run the yard magnet upon final inspection of our roof. We have a steep-pitched two-story roof which was a difficult job. If you call, ask for Jon Szilva. He truly cares about the quality of their work and goes above and beyond to make sure that you are happy. He is also just a genuinely nice guy. Also, if you have the option, ask for Fermin as your crew chief. He also takes a lot of pride in his work. He even helped us secure a very heavy iron fixture in our entry way that could have possibly came down due to the vibration from replacing our roof and also due to possible shoddy hanging by a previous contractor.

Everything went well from start to finish. The ladies who answer the phones are friendly and knowledgeable, and John was incredibly professional and informative. He had his men come out the very next day after providing the estimate and we haven't had a leak since! I can't say enough great things about this company.

Called and left message and received call back right away. Setup appointment for following day for inspection. Patrick Pearson was the representative that came out to my house. He provided me with an accurate estimate following his inspection and took the time to answer all my questions. Once I was ready to have the work done, I called Patrick to schedule an appointment. This was on Thursday and the supplies were delivered Monday morning. The installers showed up Tuesday morning to do the work. They were also prompt and polite. Later that day once the old roof was off and the new one was going on, another representative for Scott Roofing, Reginal King, came to inspect the overall progress. He walked around the house with me and explained exactly what they were going to do in detail. He answered any questions I had and explained he would be inspecting all work with me upon completion. Even though the roof was not completely done Tuesday night (the crew worked to 8:00 pm when it got dark) everything was picked-up and left very neat. On Wednesday the roof was finished and it looked great. Reginal came back and did a thorough inspection of everything from the installation of the new vents to making sure all existing vents were connected correctly. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the new roof and the service I received.

Overall, they did an excellent job. I can't remember how much the repair cost, but I think it was between $300 - $500.

Excellent. They came with in 2 days to give us an estimate and started work 4 days later. They finished the job in 2 days and cleaned up after. No problems.

Poor customer service. I called to schedule an appointment and was told they would call me back in two or three days to schedule. When I questioned the delay, I was told I would probably be called later that day, but they were required to say two or three days. It's been weeks and no one ever called back. I lost a scheduling window for an important repair. If they care so little, or are so disorganized, I don't want them working on my roof. I got the sense of a larger, impersonal company that is based on volume.

A good experience. Estimator was very personable and easy to work with and was a big help in dealing with Insurance matters. Work was done professionally and neatly with acceptable clean-up. Only negative was poor hook-up of attic fans.

There was an area that was still loose, and they came back to fix it. The management was good.

They came out, did a real good job & we even tested their work with a recent, heavy rain and the end result was that they did a good job. I would use them again.

Great job! Fast response on the initial call and the visit for the free repair. The crew showed up when promised, and finished quickly. The repair blends well with the existing tiles. I won't know for sure if the repair was good until the next rain. I will certainly call Scott Roofing when its time to replace the entire roof.

This company did a very good job, very professional, cleaned up, checked in frequently.

I wasn't able to reach a representative over the weekend, but got through early Monday morning. I was put in touch with a repairman later that day to schedule an estimate. Due to their busy schedule and the minor nature of my repair, it took a few days for the estimate and several more after that to complete the work. The price was very competitive with other companies, the work was finished quickly and cleanly on the day it was scheduled, and I have had no subsequent issues. Consider me a satisfied customer.

The call was answered right away, and I was told someone would call me back. They called back the next day (okay with me, because it was not an urgent problem). We agreed on an appointment time. The worker, John, came out on time. He was very friendly and professional. He found no water stains on the inside of the roof and determined the air conditioner unit in the attic was probably the source of the water stain. He asked me to call him back if the A/C company says that is not where the water came from.

Timely, and very quick to come and give an estimate.

One leak in definitely repaired, the other I will not know until I get a south wind rain at least 20 mph...it has been leaking for about 20 years and have had it fixed 3 or 4 times previously. I thought they were a little expensive but if they fixed the leak it will be worth it. They were very polite, punctual, and professional.

From the first call to the office to the finished project everyone was professional and caring. Chief and his crew did an outstanding job. They were on time and attentive to detail. We would highly recommend them.
