Their estimate was 3x less than the contractor recommended by the insurance company. They were able to do the work the next day. The roof has been tested for several days so I can say that they have done a quality job. They were able to match the shingles and offered a guarantee on their work that the other contractor was not willing to do.

Patric came out to give an estimate for the job. Was flexible about the timing and agreed on an after hour appointment. Received a quote via email the next day. Repair work was very good. Overall, I am satisfied and will consider to use his service again in the future.

Quoted and completed the work within 48 hours. Did exactly what they promised. Also referred us to a couple of other companies for some siding work, at our request. The one issue I have with these guys is that they charge a fee if you use a credit card, so I give them a B on professionalism. That's actually a violation of their merchant agreement with their credit card issuer. Either take credit cards or don't - but don't try to penalize customers who use them. After all, using a credit card reduces the merchant's collection risk!

Great experience. Jordan Wassel met me at my house to give me an estimate of the repair. He was prompt and on-time and very knowledgeable. He took some pictures so that I could see the extent of the damage, and then e-mailed them to me so that I'd have them for my records. He also noticed some damage around some of the vent pipes coming out of the roof where squirrels had caused holes that could allow for water to seep through the vent jacket and the vent pipe. He gave me an estimate that I received the following day which I signed and faxed back. On the following Monday morning, the workers arrived and finished the work within about an hour and a half. While they didn't speak much English, they were courteous and cleaned up their mess. I asked Jordan to come back and take some pictures to show me what they did, especially since I was concerned about the color of the new shingles matching the old ones. It looks great. I can barely tell the difference. He sent the pictures to me the same day. Now the big test will come when we have another big, soaking rain to see if the repair prevents leaks. Scott Roofing also has a 10% discount on Angie's list, which is nice.

Chief was very quick to get an estimate to me. They were rated well here and ranked in about the mid-range of the prices I received. It took him three separate trips to complete the work, but they finished up on Sunday, right before it rained four inches in two days. The shingles are a great match to our existing roof, and the new flashing is in. He even painted the plumbing vents to match the flashing. Overall, I was EXTREMELY satisfied.

Overall I would say the experience was good. They showed up early in the morning and had the entire roof ripped off and replaced within a day. There were some things done that they had to come back later and fix but I think that was just due to the fact that it was very dark by the time they left that night. They were easy to communicate with. The only problem I had was that when I called them back to come and fix the problems they originally told me they would be back the next day. They didn't come back until several days later and I found out it was because they subcontract their work and I had to deal with the subcontractor's schedule. Had I known this I may not have hired them. I don't think they did that great a job cleaning up after themselves because later I found nails in the driveway and the house.

They were very professional in their sales. They gave me a very professional and complete estimate. They did very good work, and it was done very quickly as well. I will use them again.

Company was prompt in providing an estimate. Jordan Wassell was the company representative, very professional and knowledgable. After accepting the estimate, the company was very prompt in scheduling and completing the job. The job was cleaned up nicely.

It went well. It was rather difficult for them to find the tile to match ours but they were able to find some and get the tile replaced as well as reuse tiles that were just loose. No surprises. They showed up when they said they would and stayed until the work was completed.

They are very professional, friendly prompt. They cleaned up all the debris and hauled it away. We would recommend them to anyone. They have good work ethics.

After the job, they sent an inspector who only looked at the roof from a ladder & didn't even get on the roof. That was my only negative comment. Otherwise, I am totally satisfied.

Professional, prompt and clean up after their works. I still I found minor leaks at a couple of places at the first rain, but I did not follow up with them.

A fallen tree limb crashed through the roof of the garage. Scott Roofing gave me an estimate and scheduled the repair a few days later when it was convenient for me. Both the estimator and the roof repair crew were on time, professional, and easy to work with. The work site was cleaned of all debris and leaves before they left. They also repaired a soft spot in the roof that had been incorrectly repaired by the previous homeowner.

This company is excellent. The office staff is very polite and communicate well. We were scheduled quickly both times. The first time we had a small section with signs of an old leak and our home inspector had pointed out some cracked shingles and others that were blown off. Patrick came out and gave us an estimate for replacing shingles around the vents, installing new ridge shingles, replace a whole section of shingles in a roof valley and then to caulk up stuff. The guys who came out the next day was prompt, pleasant and very neat. They cleaned up very well after themselves and I could not be more pleased. We got a six month warranty on the repairs done. A few months later we had a bad storm and both the whirly birds on the roof blew off. The company was quick to come out since we were concerned about rain or critters getting in, etc. They gave us a quick estimate and had the replacements completed very quickly. In fact, they came out and finished the work when we were not home and left the bill for us. We've had a few worse storms since then and everything has stayed put just fine.

They were very timely and communicated well about the time line of the job. They were very thoughtful about managing their equipment in the close vicinity of my neighbors and their price was great.

They gave a prompt response to a request for an estimate. A definite work date wasn't scheduled because the skylight had to be ordered. When the Dallas area was threatened with storms from hurricane Ike, they called and then came out to accomplish enough of the work so the area where there was a leak was taken care of. When the skylight came in they finished the work in a completely satisfactory manner. They did a great job of cleaning everything up.

There was a problem initially. Someone Scott Roofing was apparently using as a subcontractor did not do the job very well. However, after I complained, Scott Roofing sent someone out to fix the problem and refunded me $1,000 toward the amount I had spent on a carpenter to try to complete the job. Very responsive.

The workers were fantastic. There was some confusion has to what day they were to come so as not to conflict with the painters. But the day the roofers started they were able to work around the painters. There was confusion between the supervisors as to when things should have been started. The workers were great and cleaned up 90% of the stuff that fell on the ground. I would rehire them just because of the great job the workers did.
