+ -1 moreFirst of all, I got an overcharge and it's been three months and they haven't credited me back yet although they said they would. My Internet service has doubled in the past month with no explanation. I'm definitely looking around.

+ -1 moreDESPITE HEARING SOME NIGHTMARE STORIES ON GETTING DSL SETUP, WE GOT THINGS WORKING WITH THEIR SOFTWARE REASONABLE EASILY. WHILE BUNDLED PHONE AND DSL IS ANNOYING, SERVICE HAS BEEN RELIABLE.

+ -1 moreCALLED TO LET ME KNOW THE SERVICE REP WAS COMING TO MY HOME, AND WAS ON TIME. RECONNECTED THREE PHONE JACKS WHICH HAD BEEN DISCONNECTED BY PREVIOUS HOME OWNER. REP HAD TO RUN A NEW LINE FROM THE PHONE JUNCTION BOX AROUND THE HOUSE.

+ -1 moreTHE SERVICE WAS GREAT. SBC ALWAYS DOES A JOB WELL DONE. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS WITH THE SERVICE.
Description of Work: THE HIRED CONTRACTORS BY SBC CAME INTO OUR HOME AND GAVE US THESE PHONE JACKS TO HOOK INTO THE WALL SO WE COULD USE THE I-NET AND TALK ON THE PHONE AT THE SAME TIME. THEY ALSO INSTALLED A NEW PHONE ADAPTOR TO PLUG THE PHONE IN THE WALL.
