Description of Work: Saw some droppings in the attic so I met with Alex. He was professional and told me the droppings were due to rat. He showed how they were likely getting in based on the patterns near the AC line in the attic. He also walked the perimeter of the house with me and provided a roughly $300 quote. Additionally, he explained that the cost would have been greater if the lines of my roof were different. I apparently have a single line that saved me some money but also clarified a factor in the differences in costs here on Angie's. For me, trust is a huge factor and I felt I could trust this company - and I am tough in terms of being won over. I signed up for the exclusion as well as regular pest and rodent control. The team that came to do the exclusion and pest service were equally courteous and professional and happy to answer questions. One dead rat found in a trap they set when I had a follow up the a week later and carted away by Safehaven. I feel I can sleep safely at night without worrying what might be in my attic now. Plus, the control outside provides extra assurance. Couldn't be happier and I felt the cost was fair and reasonable.

Description of Work: I engaged Rid All when we discovered we had a termite problem. I am very sensitive to chemicals and was concerned as to what we needed/could do. Rid All completely understood and respected my concerns and questions. We chose a relatively new termite treatment on the market that is non toxic to humans and mammals. They were professional, courteous, prompt and reasonable. They did work inside and outside of our home which included drilling into the porch slab and drilling into walls under sinks. You would never know they were here. Their work was excellent and it's been over a year and the termites are gone and have not returned. I highly recommend this family owned business.

+ -1 moreI think they are wonderful I have used them for 4 years. Every 3 months I have them call me and make an appointment to come and spray. I have been totally pleased. The reason I chose them is because of the organic spray due to my pets, children, and grandchildren's allergies.

Description of Work: Rid All Pest Control sprays the inside and outside of our 3600 square foot home for termites, scorpions, and insects. They also spray my flowerbeds and they use organic products.
