Description of Work: A royal touch repaired a lamp that belonged to my grandmother. They had a great selection of shades in different shapes and sizes and spent time with me figuring out what I needed. I always know I can trust them to help me with exactly what I need.

Description of Work: I had 3 lamps that needed repair. To my surprise, 2 of them were repaired right when I brought them in very quickly at at a very low cost. The third needed some serious work, welding, it was a very expensive lamp that was damaged when we moved. They told me it would likely take 6-8 weeks, which it did, but it was repaired to perfection, would never know it had been damaged. Again, the cost surprised me, very reasonable. This is a wonderful shop, very friendly helpful people. Not very close to us but I wouldn't take a lamp anywhere else.

Description of Work: I had two expensive lamps whose switches were hard to twist after a few years. One of them was so bad you could hardly turn it on. I tried to fix it by taking it apart and mostly getting it back together. Although it was a little wobbly. I was greeted with a nice welcome and the lady took the lamps to the back. I thought I was going to get an estimate and a time frame to come pick them back up - like in a week. But she said they could look at them right then. I wandered around the store for about 10 minutes and they were done. When she set them down she realized they hadn't put matching knobs on them. Coulda fooled me. They looked almost the same. She went in the back and got a matching one. Then she told me the cost and my jaw hit the floor - $5.41. For both of them. Together. Then she told me that the one I had taken apart, they cut out some cardboard to glue the felt to since I had kinda busted the felt. Bonus! I couldn't be happier with the repair and the service. I will definitely go back there for any repairs. And I will go there for purchases too because they are so nice I want to encourage that.
