They seem professional. Their prices are a little high compared to some other people in the area but we just got a good dealing from their staff. The two people that came out to our house were good so we thought they might do a better job. They quoted us $600. They haven't started yet; we just got the bid so they haven't actually done the work yet. It didn't take very long to get the quote back. I did want some other work but we didn't feel like they kind of followed our instructions on the other project that we wanted done so we just decided to go with the tree. They got the bid back in a pretty timely fashion which was in a couple of days. They are very professional. We wouldn't use them again as we are exploring some other options because they did one thing okay but they really didn't follow the instructions we provided them for the major landscaping we wanted done so we went with somebody else. We probably would keep looking because we have a dead tree in our front yard and we just needed to get somebody to do it quickly. They were okay for that but I wouldn't go with them again because they kind of wasted our time on the rest of it.

I can't say enough good things about Roundtree Landscaping. Berit had great ideas of what to do. Nick was incredible in holding my hand through the entire process. He was in constant contact with me, letting me know schedules and what to expect. When I was unhappy with the electrical work, he immediately got it resolved. I gave them a lot of leash to help design and execute landscaping and they did a great job. They had an electrical gate installed as part of the landscaping. Months after they finished the job, a strong wind broke some of the welds on the gate. I called Nick and he immediately came over to take a look. While he was looking at the gate, I mentioned that the gap between the fence and the gate was actually wide enough for my dogs to fit through. He had the gate fixed the very next day and he also had them put some extra boards up so my dogs couldn't get through.
