They took down some existing drapes that were there. It turned out really good. The automatic shades are working great. You just push a button and there they go, and they have a lifetime warranty on them. The person we worked with was able to take a picture of our window and show us what different window treatments would look like. They were really on the ball. They have a showroom and we were able to see exactly what the material looked like. We'd definitely use them again.

Colin was very personable on the phone and in person. Came out to my home on time and sent us an estimate for the shades in an email within that same day. Installers came out a few weeks later with our custom order shades and installed them quickly and didn't make any mess at all! We are very happy with the look and quality of the work done! Ross Howard Design is very good at communicating with the customer. Would highly recommend!!

I found Roos Howard Designs on the internet when searching for a Hunter Douglas dealer. I had no previous contact with the company and had no referrals, but I needed window coverings for my condo, including a 101.5and quot; x 188.5and quot; wall of windows. Colin Cope coul not have been nicer or more helpful. We discussed several options, including shutters, but settled on the Hunter Douglas Silhouette shades. Colin worked with my timing seamlessly and with my budget magically. When it came time for the install, Loren had to work around my contractor and an ice storm, but she got it scheduled for me. The service and products were outstanding, and I could not be happier with my new shades. Colin and Loren are both first rate.

Collin came to my house right on time. He helped me select the right blinds in the best color for the room. He measured the windows and even temporarily fixed one of the old blinds that would no longer stay up. I received an email with the estimate the next day. Collin had said that it would take 2 to 3 weeks for the blinds to arrive, but within a week I got a call that the blinds were in and they were installed early the next week. The installer noticed that one of the valances had a little spot on it that I didn't even notice. He told me about it and ordered a new one for me. It was delivered and installed the next week. The blinds fit perfectly and look great! The people in the office are great too. They keep you informed of everything and are very polite.

Colin's business is outstanding in many areas. Firstly, on pricing he was competitive with two other high quality quotes we had, and better than a third quote we had from a small local high quality design company serving our area ( Southlake TX). Secondly, he is the most professional blind and window treatment business we have come across in five years of living here in North Texas. His treatment of clients is impeccable: it is clear that the client is what matters to him. He is extremely efficient, all his staff are competent and maintain his high standards, and he delivers when he says he will. His understanding of design and fabric was the best we came across in this exercise. He has excellent taste and is very international so understands both European and American design needs. The workmanship on the drapes and cornices is first class, of the highest standard. The installation was meticulous, the gentleman James spent a lot of time with me ensuring that everything was exactly to my liking. Without question Colin's business is the one we will work with for all future window treatment projects.

They were fantastic! Not only did they provide prompt, reasonably priced service just before the Holidays, but a week after we picked up the curtains, they called us to make sure everything fit OK, looked OK, and we were satisfied. How often does that happen in this day and age?? We plan to re-cover our cornices in other rooms after the first of the year, and will be having this firm do the work. They are GREAT!
