Ms. Robinson did a wonderful job helping me stage and sell my father s house after he was placed in a dementia care facility. Before actually putting the house on the market, she provided expert advice about the things that should be fixed, upgraded, or left as is. Her office maintains a list of skilled and honest contractors which was very helpful since I live out of town and have no experience with local workers. The photographs of Dad s house that were used in the listing were excellent very complete and clear and really illustrated the good points of the house. Once the house was listed, she arranged for several open houses and really did an unbelievably awesome job with making sure a steady stream of potential buyers came through just about every day. The house ended up selling for a great price in a terrible down market. After less than 90 days! I was thrilled! She was fun to work with, yet very professional. And clearly, effective.

Rose was a delightful person. She showed me several different houses and offered what seemed to be very good advice to help me with decisions I needed to make. It took about a week before her schedule allowed us to meet together. About a month later I contacted her about some more questions and it took a few days to hear from her. I like her a lot, but I think she's very busy.

My family has used Rose Robinson as a buyer's agent three times (me, my mother, and my sister) since 1999. We live in Garland and Richardson, TX. She is very knowledgeable about the DWF area and is super-nice. I referred her to a neighbor, and their home (which was in need of some work) sold very quickly. I highly recommend her!
