Arthur and his crew did a great job for us! We needed to have our bathroom shower pan replaced and re-tiled quickly, in order to sell our house. They finished the work in exactly the number of days they said that they would, with a very high quality of work. They put down floor coverings to protect our hardwoods, and cleaned up everything when they were finished. We will for sure work with them again. I highly recommend Arthur.

Arthur was very quick to respond to my request for an estimate. He brought his tile contractor with him and it was clear to me that they were very knowledgeable. I had two previous professionals(?) that had been to my property to clean and seal the slate tile in the shower. They both did a terrible job, overcharged me, and I was left with loose tiles and mineral deposits all around the edges of my shower. Arthur gave me a fair estimate to correct the problems left behind. His contractor arrived the following morning and did an amazing job in just a few hours of cleaning, resetting a new slate tile, and regrouting the entire shower. Very fair price and excellent work ethic. I would highly recommend them.

Arthur and his team were a blessing to us. Our last contractor ran away with our money and unfinished bathroom with very poor quality work. Every other contractor who came to look at it quoted us insane amount of money to put a band-aid on last guy's work. Once Arthur came in, he gave us a very reasonable quote to redo everything from scratch. His team was available to start work right away. They did a great job with the difficult tile pattern we had picked. They paid attention to every cut and details. Wish we would have found Arthur before. I definitely recommend Rodriguez Tile Company for any one looking for a reliable and quality tile job.

Arthur Rodriguez and his crew are hard-working, knowledgeable, and responsive. They demo'ed the existing tile and installed floor to ceiling marble (12" x 24" tiles) in the master bath and porcelain tile (12"x12") in the guest bath and laundry. They arrived promptly at 8:00 AM every weekday and worked until ~5:00 ~6:00 PM. They worked carefully and took pride in their work. We are very pleased with the results. Arthur was also able to recommend contractors to handle shower glass installation, electrical work, plumbing, and painting.

Mr Rodriguez is the the most professional and dependable contractor I've ever employed. He quoted me the time it would take to get the work done, and it was completed in record time. I'm very satisfied with the outcome of the finished work and I highly recommend Mr Rodriguez to anyone who would ask.

They did a fantastic job and were able to coordinate the work so I had a shower to use during the repairs. I just purchased a new house and will be using them for work in the new home!!! I purchased the floor tile from Floor and Decor and they installed it. They were able to locate tiles to match one of my showers and worked with me on new tile to fix the other shower so the repair looks like it was designed that way on a 30 year old shower.

Excellent work overall. Arthur was very good to work with. He was easy to contact and was quick to respond to any issues as they came up. He was very patient as I changed my mind a few times on the type of tile. I eventually chose a 24 x 48" porcelain for the walls, and a 24 x 24" porcelain for the floors. Robert, Arthur's tile setter, did a superb and professional job cutting and fitting the large tiles. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Will definitely hire again!

Fantastic! They look like new restrooms - they were cooperative, creative, started and finished on tíme - we are extremely pleased!!

We live in a house built in the 60s. It was redone before we bought it but they didn't bother to redo the old, tired front porch. Arthur was willing to take on a relatively small job like this which was definitely a positive. He came by as scheduled to give me a bid and once we gave him the go ahead, he fit us into the schedule. We picked out and paid for the tile at ProSource and he delivered it for us. The cost of his services is what I have listed and doesn't include the cost of the tile. His guys were able to complete the job (installation, grouting and clean up) in a day and a half. They took their time and made sure it was level (which the original was not). The job turned out fantastic.

We had an excellent experience. After noticing that some tiles from our master bathroom shower were loose, we reached out to Arthur to get a quote to fix the damage. We decided to go ahead and remodel our master bath, as it was our plan to do it eventually. Arthur and his coworkers removed a jetted tub, converted it to a shower, and retiled the new shower. We also had them remove carpet in the bathroom and replace it with tile. After remodeling other rooms in our house, I can say that working with Arthur was one of the best experiences we've ever had with a contractor. He and his coworkers were mindful of our house and kept the work area as clean as possible. They showed up to work when they said they would and completed the project in a timely manner. It was very refreshing to find a contractor that provided great service and quality work.

I ended up using this guy that was local, because he was the only one that seemed interested, in the very beginning, so I gave it to him. I gave it to the guy who seemed most interested. I think that’s the one that I used. Yeah, that’s the same guy – I think his name is Arthur correct? Yeah that guy was good! He was nice and he acted interested in the job. He was on time and he did a good job for what I asked and I was pleased with him. You know if I ever had anything I needed done again, I would definitely contact him. I certainly liked him, and I would definitely use him or contact him again, if he was still available, because he was on time and he seem interested. He didn’t care how big or small a job was, so I was happy about that and I would recommend him to other people as well. I would say an A (for responsiveness) because whoever I contacted, for the most part, they seemed interested, with the exception of a couple of them. I didn’t think it was an unreasonable amount that he charged so I was happy with that. I like the job he did. I thought it looked really good. He was on time and he communicated well; I liked that and I appreciated that. The job was for my mother in laws house and I had a job across town – whenever he was there, he let me know what was going on, so I appreciated all the communication from his end and on his part.

Great job on tear out of old tile. Very nice to work with and friendly. New tile turned out nice, however the re-grout job was not very good.

Arthur provides a team of highly skilled men to finish the job quickly and professionally. The cost was very affordable, and the guys worked very well as a team. My tub was already removed because I hired another company at first, who walked off the job, which was Lee & Humbert Tile Works. Arthur's team arrived on time each day and worked full 8 hour days. I will definitely hire this company again for any future tiling needs. I highly recommend Rodriguez Tile Company.

Awesome! I sent Arthur a message on a Tuesday asking if he could install a kitchen backsplash by that Friday. Arthur responded within three hours and was able to give me a price quote over the phone using pictures of my space and a description of the tile to be installed. He worked with my schedule and arrived early (rare for contractors!) and his employee completed the job in one day. His work was beautiful and I am extremely happy. He cleaned after himself and when he left, it was like he was never there. Arthur made a point to come by the next day to inspect his employee's work to make sure it was up to his standard. He also took the time to look at a couple of other jobs I need in the future and give me quotes for those. Very professional and quality work!

The owner Arthur Rodriguez and his crew were awesome! They were responsive to our requests, always called or came by as promised. After the demolition it was discovered that the previous contractor had NOT installed a shower pan and did NOT apply waterproof lining to any of the other areas to be covered with tile and had damaged the drain flange. Arthur worked really had to find tile that would closely match our 2 year old tile and he did. All were hard working, prompt, courteous and proud of their craftsmanship. They cleaned up after themselves and were very neat in their work.

The job went GREAT! The technicians arrived when they said they were going to and finished the job in a timely manner. The tricky part is not only the subway tile itself, but also the fact that these stores never close. His company is constantly having to work around customers and ensure that their work does not disrupt business. I have never received a single complaint from my clients about the technicians on site or the quality of work. Arthur has always been very communicative as well as flexible. His company always goes above and beyond and it shows in their handiwork. He's our go to tile guy and we will continue to use him for all future projects!
