Great! They had given me an estimate of $500 to $600 over the phone for the new gas line and $79 to connect the cook top but requested to see the site. As promised, they called on Friday and came to the house. They revised the estimate to $475 for the line. I gave them the okay and asked if they could get to it in the next week. They called into the office and were able to do right then! It took them about an hour.

Through my home warranty program, a plumber was sent to my house. Since the leak was not in or under my house, my warranty did not cover the leak. The plumber that was sent basically told me he didn't want to even find where the leak was and told me they would be too expensive. I had already taken the day off, so I got on Angie's List to find another plumber. Rodger's Plumbing sent someone to my house within 45 minutes of my call! The technician found the leak within 10 minutes without having to dig up my entire yard. He gave me a quote that the maximum was the minimum that the other plumber had quoted. He started digging around the valves that were leaking to replace them. He came back out the next day to finish the job. I was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone at Rodger's Plumbing that I dealt with. They were emphatic to my problem and very fast in the fix. The price was also very reasonable. Great Job!!!!

Pretty nice and friendly from the dispatcher to the plumber. He explained to a newbie where my main line was, how could I get a tool to shut the main line, what kind of faucet it was, and not to believe if anybody told me that the faucet could not be repaired. It was a seemingly expensive repair but I can appreciate how they treat the customer.

Robert, the plumber, was very efficient. He arrived on time. He advised me that the Toto toilet would not fit in the downstairs bathroom, as I had planned. It needed to be 12 inches from the wall. So we tried the toilet in an upstairs bathroom. He measured carefully, worked very hard, and it was installed professionally. The faucets also work perfectly. Robert placed the old toilet in the garage and cleaned up after all his work.

Bought a new tall tub dishwasher that ALMOST fit, had to remove an old pipe that we thought was a disconnected gas line. Called after 6:00 PM to arrange for a plumber the next day. Dave the plumber arrived before noon. He accessed the waste line within the wall, removed the stub and then capped the old line. And he re-sealed the opening without asking. No trip charges (we live about 3.5 miles from the business) or materials etc. Just a flat hourly rate for a quick clean job. This company seems to be very familiar with the eccentric features of the homes in this neighborhood and knew exactly what the problem was before they arrived on site. So extra points for being knowledgeable AND professional.

He was very punctual (actually a little early), went right to work, explained the problem, and then cleaned the pipes. He cleaned up after himself and was out of there pretty quickly.
