They were great! They were the first plumbers that could figure out why I was having flooding. They were just really good to work with and were also very knowledgeable.

Rodger came on a Sunday and performed the difficult task of dragging the motorized snake up the ladder to my roof. He did just what he was supposed to do: cleared the drain. Thanks.

They were good but I thought they were a bit over priced on the outside valve replacement which was $176 of the above total.

We can't even begin to say enough about Rodgers Plumbing. We called them to give us a second opinion on our broken line. They showed up earlier than the estimated time to provide us a cost assessment and were able to get to work right away. We agreed to the work in the morning and they were back with all of the equipment well into the afternoon. They kept us apprised of the progress of the work all along and alerted us to problems, of which there were many. Apparently, our yard and existing plumbing was particularly challenging. So much so that, our estimate should have been much higher. But-they stuck to the agreed upon estimate, only charging a small overage. We have every confidence the job was done correctly and it was clearly of the highest quality. We would hire them again in a heartbeat and recommend others do so as well. But based on the great job they did-I'd imagine we won't have a need to call them anytime soon.

I made the appointment two days before for between 10:30 and 11 a.m. On the day of the appointment, I called about 11:30 to ask where they were. I was assured they were "on their way." They arrived just before noon--no apologies or explanation. They took a look at 3 toilets of roughly the same age, and advised that only one required replacing the flapper/ball cock. They were unable to fix a broken siphon valve on one outdoor faucet (too old to have parts available), and I decided not to replace it. They replaced a washer on the other outside faucet, since it was dripping. It was $49 to replace the washer.

The dispatcher was excellent and contacted a plumber almost immediately. He arrived promptly all the work was completed within two hours of my initial phone call. He was fast, professional, personable and thorough. The price was excellent. This company, and the plumber they sent, should be held up as sterling examples for any service business. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I called to explain the issue I was having. Rodger answered the phone and while I did enjoy speaking to him, I don't think he was listening to me. I was on the phone with him approximately 30 minutes but I would say 5 minutes of the time was spent discussing my needs. He wouldn't even get close to giving me a quote, and the ballpark range he did give me seemed too high.

They did my work exactly as expected.

They did a great job. Fixed it completely. They were the second company to come out. The first company said we would have to rip up the floor. The charge was just their flat rate and no more.

Excellent from beginning to end. The plumber had 28 years experience. Went to work right away. Knew exactly how to do the job and had all the tools and parts.

Rodger himself came out on Labor day and fixed the problem. He found the clean out, which was underneath about 6" of dirt in my flowerbed. He then snaked out the clog and all was well. I'm very appreciative of him going out of his way to find that clean out instead of having to dig up the yard to find the pipe.

We planned to replace the toilet in our bathroom ourselves. When we pulled up the old toilet, the flange came off the floor. Apparently it wasn't installed securely to begin with. This explains why the toilet always tilted. We called Rodger's and they setup an appointment for the next day (since we said it wasn't an emergency). The plumber arrived and worked to reattach the flange. During that process, my fianc e pointed him toward the new toilet, however he said he already saw it. Our new toilet was in the garage. My fianc e later came back to see the toilet was attached and he was done. The problem was the plumber attached the old toilet that was sitting in the backyard. It seems that when he was pointed to the toilet we wanted installed, he thought we meant the old toilet. She asked him to reinstall the new toilet, which they would only do for an additional fee ($130 more). Not being interested to pay for rework seeing that he installed the wrong one (who reinstalls a toilet that was in the yard and growing mold??), we passed and we had to reinstall it ourselves later that evening. Fortunately, the work done on the flange was good and held securely.

It was great to have them come out on Sat of Labor day weekend and fix a leaking pipe to save me a whole lot of hassle.

I'm extremely pleased. They responded within an hour and also completed the job within an hour. They were completely professional about the whole job. I would highly recommend them.

There was a small leak in our drain pipe coming from upstairs and leaking between the garage and living room wall. I called at 9:00 a.m. and they came out before 2 p.m. Rodger was very friendly and efficient. He managed to fix the whole with as little as possible damage to the inside wall (living room). And he gave us some really good general maintenance advice too.

I contacted Rodgers Plumbing and the phone was answered right away. I set up an appointment for a Friday and thought that we were ready to go. The company called me on Thursday and asked if they could come then, I had someone at the house that could let them in so I said that it was OK. The gentleman arrived to swap out the faucet and began the work. Everything seemed fine until the work was completed. Once he was done, he prepared to leave but left all of the packaging and materials that were trash, at the same time he took the previous faucet which only had the sprayer that was broken. When he returned to give me the bill, I asked him to bring back the faucet which he did and he left. Shortly after he left, my 16 month old child slipped on the floor on the other side of the sink. The gentleman had knocked off a bottle of her bubbles and it had cracked. He did not mention it or make any effort to wipe it up even though the paper towels were right there. He let the solution drip into my laminate floor and my child slip. I cleaned up the mess and my little one just has a bump, but I was less than satisfied with the overall service. I believe it did not match up to the previous reports that they have gotten on the list. Maybe the gentleman that came was new?

I am very pleased with him. He is so honest and he comes out and tells you exactly what he is doing. What you should have done if you didn't do something right. He goes to work, knows what he is doing, and fixes the problem.

Rodger's helped me resolve a completely unexpected situation! Gas line technicians removed old gas lines in the neighborhood today, and installed new ones. So they went door to door checking the gas appliances in everyone's houses. When they checked mine, they noted the exhaust vent over the water heater was not properly adjusted to vent the carbon dioxide, so they turned it off and let me know. (Oh no!) After checking the list, I called Rodger's and explained the situation. The receptionist said they would work me into their schedule. (Yay!) The plumber arrived that same afternoon and repaired the vent. (Yay!) I am happy with their prompt service!

They came to snake the toilet and did mention the service charge. They were here for ten seconds and charged me approximately 125.00.

The experience was good. He showed up the same day and the next day he cleaned up. They fixed the problem. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

I called and within a hour, as promised, the plumber was there. This was important as my entire home was without water. He was professional, friendly, courteous, quick and neat. I was extremely satisfied.

Pretty straightforward replacing the valve stem assembly expect that the plastic female fitting broke off inside the mail fitting. It had to be sawed to be removed. The total repair took less than an hour. I called about 9am in the morning and the technician arrive before 2. This was within the 2 hour window provided by Rodger's.

Another company (Roto-Rooter) had been out twice to clean out stopped sewer, but failed. Neither time did they look for clean out port, but attempted first to go through a commode, then from the vent stack on the roof. They had told me that the sewer line was broken and gave an estimate of $8000+ to tunnel under the slab to replace the sewer line. Rodger's technician David, found the clean out in less than 5 minutes, and was able to clear the line with his power auger. The total time for the work was a little over an hour.

Great. I spoke with Mr. Rodgers around 10:30 the night it happened and he sent someone early the next morning. I called him so late at night because I was waiting, for hours, on Mr. Rooter and they never showed!! At that point, I was sort of desperate for someone to fix the faucet so we could have water again.

Courteous answer to 9am. Saturday morning call, and promised service within 1 hour. Called 15 minutes later to advise service man was on the way, and he arrived 5 minutes later. Work was completed professionally and promptly.
