All they wanted to do was other work like new hot water heater. Also wanted almost 200.00. Got it replaced for 100'00

They came when they said they would. They unclogged the toilet. They charged a fair price. ms

The work they did it took about an hour and a half. There was one person that came out. They left the area clean.

Work was done well, a higher quality valve was used to replace the faulty one. Technician also noticed the water line from the valve to the coffee maker was pretty short, so he replaced it with a longer one. He also looked at the valves on our kitchen faucet and indicated they were the same as the one he had just replaced. It was merely an observation and not an opportunity for him to sell us more services. I told him we might replace them in the future, but he definitely didn't try to pressure me to schedule it now. I appreciated that very much.

They stuck with it until it worked. It took a couple of hours but they charged the amount originally quoted. By the way, the charge was half of what a plumber who is always advertising on TV quoted.

Lady was very rude. I decided to call someone else.

They were timely and they were nice. I thought the cost was reasonable.

It was the great service we've come to expect. This was the 5th or 6th time we've used them for projects around the house.

It could not have gone better! My neighbor is recovering from neck surgery and is severely restricted as what he can do. He discovered both kitchen sinks stopped up. I tried to unstop the drain with a plunger and eventually pulled the garbage disposal (which strangely stopped working about the same time) to gain better access to the drain line but even this step did not result in being able to unstop the drain even with a small manual drain tool. We were about to move to the next stage of renting a power drain cleaning machine when the thought came to mind of calling a professional, namely, Rodgers Plumbing. I have used Rodgers a number of times in the past and recommended them on several occasions to friends and neighbors. All thanked me an raved about the service they received so no risk in calling Rodgers with getting other estimates! Anyway, my neighbor liked the idea and got on the phone to the office and spoke with Tiffany who said she was not sure whether they could make it out today or not, but would make a few calls and call back with him. Within 5-minutes Tiffany called back and said they could make it AND within 20 minutes we had fellows at his front door, Keith being one of them. (Coincidentally, Keith is married to Tiffany -- and what a great Team they are!) My neighbor explained the problem and what we had done and the fellows got to work on unplugging the drain. They got it unplugged, replaced the garage disposal and reworked the PVC piping under the sink to a better arrangement. What a great job they did for a fair price of $358. My neighbor was elated and said Rodgers will become his plumber of choice from now on and of course they are always my plumber of choice! No surprise to me though! I have seen it happen a number of times. Mr. Rodger Gulley has long since left this world but he left behind a legacy in his family members who carry on the the tradition of providing great professional plumbing services at a fair price. If you have not experienced the "Rodgers Great Service" give it a try. You may never use any other plumbing service again.

After I found them I have used them exclusively. I have used them for several years. It is a mom and pop business the father unfortunately died a few years ago. He was a great man. Now it is the wife and her daughter and son in law who run it. They really make a big effort to come out as soon as they possibly can and they apologize when they can't get out that same day. When I had a gas leak several years ago I was teaching at that time and they came out after that. They came out at 6:00 in the evening and worked until 10:00 in the evening two days running, and didn't charge me extra they had a flat rate. And the owner because I was in school he came out on his own and waited until the inspector came. All of that is included in the one price. They are wonderful people, very friendly people, very punctual. They are the only ones I've used since I found them.

First trip fixed refrig, outside faucet and toilet leak. Identified Sloan parts needed to fix two toilets and second trip fixed those.

Everyone from the ladies I spoke with to set up the appointment to the technicians that performed the job were helpful and professional. They really worked to get the job done that day so we wouldn't have a bigger problem over a long weekend! We were so thankful! We will definitely use Rodgers again!

Our technician was punctual and repaired the problems quickly, He replaced the faucet and patiently diagnosed the valve leak. That repair avoided replacing an old valve. We were very pleased with the work. We will continue to be customers. Thanks for the good service!

One of the toilet was overflowing from the top. I bought a deal from Angie's List. The contractor came on time. The toilet is now working really well. I have used Rodger's Plumbing before and plan to do so again.

They were excellent! I had another company here and called them on the phone when another plumber was here wanting to charge us outrageous prices for a basic water heater. They came out the next day, installed it quickly and their customer service was awesome! I had used them previously and they will be #1 on my list for all plumbing issues!

Horrible! They arrived as scheduled after our expensive granite and new sinks were installed only to tell us that they could not provide plumbing for the newly added master bathroom sink because they would need to get into the wall but were prevented from doing so by the cabinet. Well, if they had explained that when I called them, I would have had them come out first. Now I am stuck with no working sinks in my master bathroom! They did not seem to care that they put us in this predicament and shrugged it off by saying that the person that answers their phone "must have misunderstood."

I cannot say enough good things about this company- from the office to the plumbers to the assistants...everyone was patient, honest, and professional. We have been working with Rodger's on this project in our home for almost a year now and they have been outstanding every step of the way. We are first time home owners and encountered leaking pipes within our foundation and they patiently walked us through every step of testing, jack hammering into our foundation, replacing all the piping needed, back filling it all with cement. They patiently waited while we got our insurance in order, providing all the documents our agents required. Once insurance came through, they were able to get us promptly on the schedule for a LARGE job (9 days). Keith was the head plumber on the whole project (at times joined by Robert, Jimmy, Jorge and Devon) and I cannot communicate how impressed we were with his work. This was a large and expensive situation that seemed to keep getting worse the more they looked into it, but Keith was positive and encouraging the whole way while still being transparent about cost, the time it would take to repair, and the amount of damage we were looking at. I felt we were in good, honest hands the whole time- which is a blessing as having holes throughout your home's foundation leaves you feeling quite vulnerable. The only frustration we encountered was that the work did not begin each day until about 10:00 AM or 10:30 as they begin their day at 9:00ish and had to drive out to our place. At times, if they left at 4:00 or 4:30, it felt like we were only getting about half a day's work. However, there were also days that they stayed until 5:30 and 6:30 to try and get things finished up, so in the end, that concern was even addressed by the fact that they are really good, really hard workers. Do not hesitate to hire this company. You will be in good hands.

Toilet Tune up. Keith changed - the Float Valve, and some parts in the toilet tank. It took a total of 20 minutes of work and i was charged $145 for Labor and $42 for parts, which is a little high. I would have gladly paid $145 in total, because that was the what i was told would be the CEILING (Labor + parts) over the phone. Other than the price inconsistency, for the work done, the work seems ok. I will update this comment if anything changes.

Jimmy and Randy showed up on time and went straight to work on the mess that we had under our kitchen sink. The work that they did looks amazing. Our previous drain pipes leaked, did not drain properly, and smelled bad. They completely redid the pipes and moved the disposal to the correct side of the sink which freed up a lot of storage space. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Really courteous and polite and i would highly recommend them to anyone. We've used them to flush out the clean out drain in the backyard as well. They do excellent work.

Roger came by personally to go over the details with me and schedule the work. Work was done promptly and professionally. Would hire again.
