+ -1 moreIt went well. RJ was customer service oriented. He called and confirmed times and appt day before and day of. Met my expectations. Was congenial and put me at ease. He was detail oriented, laid out tools and equipment and confirmed each step of installation. I am pleased.

+ -1 moreGood guy but accepted a job without experience in that area. I had to help with assembly and without my assistance it would have taken hours longer than it had already taken. I completed more than half of the assembly but the full amount was requested by the handyman. I’m all for paying for the services I receive, but I think the full amount was not owed when the job wasn’t performed correctly without customer help. Just because people are handymen with experience in simple jobs, doesn’t mean you should attempt assembly or take jobs that require accurate measurements and reading of instructions.
