There was wood rot and they had to reschedule a guy to come out and do that, which surprised me they didn't have him scheduled the same day they were coming out to paint. I had expected it all to be done on the same day, but overall it was not a problem.
Description of Work: Painted exterior of house and had some wood rot repaired.

+ 2 moreOn this most recent job, Ricky showed up Saturday morning right on time with his son and another painter. He quoted me a reasonable price and they went to work immedeiately. So far on this house they have repaired sheetrock in the garage and painted it and they have painted the outside. When this job is complete, Ricky and his crew will have painted the entire house inside and out. I have worked with Ricky for about 5 years and I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: I own a number of rental properties and I have used Ricky Caballero on many occasions to handle interior and exterior painting, sheetrock work, and light carpentry. Ricky is always eager for work, shows up on time, works hard, and has access to a number of skilled painters to help him tackle larger projects in a timely fashion. He does not use the internet, but is very good about answering his phone. I have been very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him.
