On two separate occasions, I telephoned the company in an attempt to get an estimate for weekly lawn service. Both times there was no answer, so I left a voicemail message requesting a call back. It's been almost three weeks, and I have yet to receive a return call from the company. Their complete failure to respond to my calls is unprofessional and not customer-service oriented. I'm just glad that I found out on the front end before I hired them to do any work for me.

First it took three calls and messages just to get a call back for an estimate. Then the owner did not come on the day and time he said he would come. I made a second appointment for an estimate and he did not come then either. I called the office and they assured me he was on his way. About an hour later, two hours late, he arrived. He barely looked at the house, took no measurements and did not explain what he would recommend doing. About two weeks later he emailed me an estimate and list of materials for the work at over $6000. I had already contracted another company to do the same thing, using the same materials for $1800. I would definitely not recommend this company. I guess they already have all the work they want.

They have a lot of attention to detail. They do a good job.
