Description of Work: We have had a "board" replaced and we have had spring maintenance done. Both were done professionally and fairly. I'm happy to continue working with Rescue Air. In fact, I signed a maintenance agreement for a very nominal monthly fee which gives me a discount and customer perks. I've already saved enough money to pay for the fees for some time. Good deal and I'm happy knowing I can call anytime and receive top priority on our A/C and heating system needs.

Description of Work: We called Rescue Air as our overflow lines for our air conditioners were totally stopped up. Joe arrived and assessed the problem and was successful in blowing out the lines so that they were clean and clear. He also suggested that we add valves on each unit that would be more efficient to clean the lines in the future. He wore booties (as we have white carpets}, and he and his assistant were helpful in cleaning up after themselves. My husband had run an emergency hose so that the drip line would not continue to drip down on our great room window which was causing problems. Joe offered to reroute that line to drip properly in the gutters rather than down our outside window. He did that to be helpful and did not charge us for that, which was really nice. Pleasant, helpful, and professional.

Description of Work: We had an older HVAC unit replaced. I called Rescue Air based on very positive YELP reviews. The owner, Michael Hirsh, came to my house within an hour on a Saturday. He gave us options which included repairing the older until to a complete system replacement. We elected for the replacement and so far so good. Rescue Air has done everything they promised.

Description of Work: My AC went out and a quote from a competitor for a much lower rated system seemed a bit high. So I shopped around for a very highly rated system, and had Rescue Air, and another who also installs Lennox systems, give me a bid. The first bid was a bit less than what Rescue had offered. But he admitted he hadn't installed the system I wanted (http://www.lennox.com/products/air-conditioners/XC25/). Also, he was basically a one man show, didn't have it readily in stock, and I figured it would cost me time and money ultimately. So I went with the higher bid from Rescue, a Premier dealer for Lennox (which also allows me a big rebate), they installed the system starting the next day, and finished in 2 days. Furthermore, they installed the system in the attic (had been in a closet that was too small), installed an attic access ladder, all new insulated duct work, took away the old equipment (all of it), cut new returns, repaired the holes in the ceiling and floor of the closet where the old system had been, and left my house cleaner than they found it. Michael Hirsch is a very personable guy, treated me fairly, did what he said he would do, and his team was also very nice, and finished sooner than I thought they would. It is an incredible amount of work installing this system, and they did a great job. I have no regrets paying for a better system and paying Rescue to install it.

Description of Work: I tried to install a programmable thermostate on my own. Didn't work out so well. Josh with Recue air came and saved the day. Was prompt and knew exactly how to fix the problem.
