We were extremely satisfied with Regency Construction! They came out and gave us an estimate after we had received estimates from two other companies, and theirs was the most competitive. The other 2 companies wanted to see our insurance claim information to see what the insurance company would be paying out. That made us a little uncomfortable. Clint Smith with Regency was very professional and never asked us what the insurance company offered to pay. He came out and gave us a great estimate and also gave us addresses of nearby houses in our neighborhood that he had done work for so that we could see what our completed roof would look like. He performed on schedule and his crew was fantastic. They worked quickly and did a great job cleaning up afterward. Clint also gave us a referral for us to get a patio built in our backyard and they did an awesome job as well! My mom also had Clint replace her roof last weekend and she was also extremely satisfied with his work and the cost. She said his team was professional and friendly and she would refer him to people as well. :)

He did my roof and I was not satisfied. They were offering discount decuctable. The under wood roof was showing. When I asked him about it he lied to me. They provide very poor quality of work. The promised to cut corners and they did not. They left my roof exposed. They promised to come back and clean up the next day but he didnt come for about 5 days after. There was lots of garabae in the shingles and nails laying around. Very poor service. The workers who did work was Marshall A (sales person), Walker (sales person) the owner is Clint Smith. Just beware.
