 + -1 moreI made an appointment with Refinishing Specialist and my wife took off work to meet with him. He did not show up and did not call. When I called him, he said that he had been tied up that afternoon with a different job. I said it would have been nice if he'd called to let us know he was tied up. He said he wasn't going to listen to me preaching to him on the phone, that he has plenty of business and told me to call someone else.
Description of Work: Refinishing/repair of antique desk.

 + -1 moreMr. Harris came to my house at the appointed time to give me an estimate. He took the desk with him and protected it very carefully. He was very professional, did a beautiful refinishing job and delivered it back when promised, a fact I really appreciated as we had a time limit. He takes great pride in doing a good job.
Description of Work: Dan Harris stripped and refinished an antique desk.

 + -1 moreTHEY CAME TO MY HOME TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE. THE GENTLEMAN SEEMED VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TOLD ME AN ACCURATE PRICE. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED IN THE PROMISED 7 BUSINESS DAYS.
