Jeff Thompson is great. He was responsive to my request for an appointment. Jeff was punctual. knowledgeable and professional.

Very well. Extremely prompt, polite, and professional. Hopped on roof, immediately saw the problem I identified, fixed it relatively easily with 20 minutes of labor. Didn't try to gouge me like two other roofers did. Mentioned I will likely need a new roof in the coming couple years but that it wasn't critical at the moment. Observations consistent with other roofers and their previous inspections.

The guy came when he was supposed to, made a small repair.

They checked the roof thoroughly, replaced the deteriorated area using high-quality "liquid cement". Matched the paint at a supply store, painted the entire surface to match other similar surfaces at home's exterior. Jeff Thompson gets an A+ for answering all my questions leading up to the work, and working with each other to get a mutually agreeable time to do the work.

Jeff was very busy but still took the time to go inspect the roof on a Sunday. He was very honest about repairs that didn't need to be done only for esthetics. He got back to me promptly and was very thorough. I really recommend Ready Roofing.

It went really well and the work was done well. I liked him a lot and would absolutely call him again to do anything on my roof. I had several conversations with him and he’s a man of integrity. Very professional and easy to reach.

Hugo arrived on time and got to work. Most of what he did was to reseal vent stack and other penetrations with silicone. We spoke a little about what he did and he explained what he found concerning the condition of the roof and what he recommended should be done some time soon. The recent rain and wind was a good test of the work done and I have seen no leaks. It was a very good price for the work done and I am very satisfied. I will be calling Ready Roofing and Renovation to submit a bit when I am ready to replace the roof.

I purchased the deal online today for a "$49 for a Roof Tune-Up and $100 Repair Credit". After purchasing the deal the service provider sent me a message and asked me to call them. When I called they mentioned that they do not provide service in my area. Is it possible to clearly mention the service area for the deal ? Or maybe don't show me a deal if the company does not provide service.

I purchased an AL deal for $49.00, inspection and $100 toward repair. Jeff sent an email saying Hugo would be at the house at 1:30. We arrived at the house a few minutes early and Hugo had already completed his inspection as well as repairs. The only problem he could find was a gap around a pipe that was allowing water into the attic. He sealed the area and informed us of other future problems. The roof is 5 yrs old and has minor hail damage. He answered all our questions and went into the attic to confirm the problem was solved. Lesson learned: A yearly inspection is a must in TX and could save us a lot of money. I hope Jeff offers this deal again next year! Thank you Jeff and Hugo!

All communications were prompt and polite. Jeff answered all questions easily and was able to handle the estimate and payment procedures via email and phone, which was convenient for my schedule. The work was done on time, quickly, and quietly. The workmen were polite and left no scraps or trash behind. I will definitely seek this company's service again in the future, if and when I have need.

Went well. have not a big enough rain to really check the leak but they did say they would come back out if that did not fix the problem

I recently moved into my current house for which the roof was last replaced in 2003 with a 25 year good quality shingle. We had a damp spot on the top of a wall on our second floor and after recent rain, it was more evident. First of all we had our AC checked and made sure there was no leak from the unit. When we saw this deal on Angie's List, we grabbed it hoping that a roofing professional would be able to locate the root cause. When the person from Ready Roofing arrived, my wife showed him the spot on the wall from where we suspected a leak from the roof. Minutes later, when my wife was waiting for the person to come back and provide us what he found, ...... nothing...the guy left without a word. So, we waited for Ready Roofing to communicate to us on their findings on our roof, waited for week and a half, still no response. Finally we asked them via Angie's list messaging about our roof and they responded that "it's just an old roof". "Just an old roof" .... we did not pay $50 to know that, we already knew that our's was a 10 year old roof, which is not too old in roof terms with a 25 year shingle. We wanted to know what's the reason we have a damp spot on the wall, is there any leak? So, we asked again, and got the same response.... "just an old roof". We feel like we were fooled and scammed, the roofer got easy money from us just to tell us that we have an old roof. A reasonable roofer would have provided the probable cause of the leak, with repair estimates, but nothing here. Meanwhile the damp spot is still there, more clearly seen after the recent rain. 2 weeks later: Later, the owner contacted me and asked what he can do to make me a satisfied customer. I asked him to do exactly the same what was said in the deal - Inspect the roof, look for the possible cause of the leak and fix it. The owner sent a different person this time. He was courteous and patient, took time to see the leak damage, checked the attic and roof and came with a detailed explanation on why we were seeing these leaks. He mentioned that the roof, though 14 years old, can go for some more time. There were a couple of loose shingles around an exhaust boot. The water seeped through them only when there were rain with strong wind that would lift the shingle a bit to let the water through. He nailed the shingles and packed the boot with silicone. After he was done, he explained everything in detail about the fix.

It took us awhile to figure out a day the work could be done when it was convenient for both. Jeff was a great communicator all along the way. A crew of several men came on the day the work was to be done and from all I could see they did a very good job. From my vantage point on the ground I saw some hard to see places I thought needed taken care of and they gladly did those. I requested a written proposal to fix a deteriorating place of water damage on some siding connected to the roof---where some siding needs to be replaced and flashing is needed and I will be doing that in the future. Jeff is an excellent representative of the Company and I am pleased with their work thus far.

I purchased the special for roof tune-up with repair credit. My primary goal was to remove the ugly satellite dish and replace the damaged tiles it created. Mission accomplished! You couldn't pay me $49 to climb on my roof; much less repair it! Repairman was punctual, efficient and professional. The owner maintained constant communication. Highly recommend.

Jeff with Ready Roofing and Renovation answered the Angie's inquiry within 24 hours and was onsite within a few days. The repair was made for a reasonable price and I would not hesitate to use the company in the future. Very professional company.

Con job with excuses. Terrible waste of time & money.

The schedule was delayed by weather but ready roof called and kept contact. No complaints from our end, good group. We will use them once a year in the future for the tune up.

Initially Ready Roofing made verbal promises to fix various issues other than the roof?and they delivered all promises made.? The process was smooth from?start to finish.

This company's people were on time and professional. Work started when I was told it would be, they finished in one day as agreed, and they were careful around my landscaping. Everything was tarped, and the crew leader picked up the property several times throughout the day (I would have been fine with just one cleanup at the end!). The crew found two pieces of decking (wood under the shingles) that needed to be replaced. Even though my contract with Ready Roofing only called for them to provide the first piece at no additional charge, they replaced both for free. I would never had known there was a problem with the decking if they hadn't told me. I highly recommend this company.

It turned out pretty good. They do have to come back to fix something, but they completed the roof in about 2 days. The project manager was pretty good. He was very responsive to our questions.

This was a great company. I was pleased throughout the bid process - everything was explained in detail and I understood exactly what the cost would be. We scheduled the job and I had to move it due to a conflict - they were easy to work with and the new date and time were great. They showed up with a professional crew ready to go to work. Ready Roofing's team got the job done on time, as agreed and for the price we had been quoted. They hauled off the debris and did the most thorough cleaning job I've seen with a contractor. They swept our pool deck, driveway, sidewalks and ensured everything in the yard was picked up. I highly recommend this company and if we have another roofing job in the future I know who to call.

He did not ask how much I was getting from my insurance company before he gave me a quote, like some other companies did. Conan Primm was the guy and he was the reason they got the job. His follow up was spot on. He was very, very good about doing follow ups. If I had a question or problem, he was right there or had one of his guys fix whatever problem or question I had. I am doing continuing work with him because of his professionalism and followup. He has a great company and he has a great customer relationship. He gave me a lot of bang for my buck.

Ready Roofing was extremely professional. They did everything they promised to do, plus more. Their team arrived on time and finished the job in one day (which we found to be impressive, considering the amount of work this job entailed). Jeff kept me updated throughout the day, providing pics where they found issues that need to be dealt with. They cleaned up the site before they left. The roof looks terrific and I'd definitely recommend their services.
