Jeff was able to squeeze us in for a quick inspection and estimate. His crew arrived on time, introduced themselves and assessed the damage. We had two vents that were cracked and allowing water into our attic. They replaced them and the job was finished in less than 2 hours.

Jeff was responsive when I purchased the "Big Deal" for gutter cleaning for $99.00. However, the weather was really bad at that point and it took a week for the cleaning to take place. Rigo showed up at 5:15pm on Wednesday 5/29/2014 and said he was ready to clean the gutters. I said "today??" and he said yes. I guess you have to make hay while the sun shines! So I showed him the job and he got busy. He suggested trimming a tree that was touching the gutters and I said "Great". He swept everything on the roof and the gutters are clean. This happened just before the deluge of rain so I was happy the gutters were working again.

Very easy to deal with and got the job done quickly, even with all the rain. Would use again!

It went smooth as silk. They arrived on time. The young man was quick and efficient in showing me the problems. He called it in and I received a call back from Jeff promptly and an offer to do the work that afternoon. I took them up on the offer. The young man came back and did the work in a short time. No problems. It rained hard last night and there was no leaks.

All good, we did have some issues with how a couple of gutters turned out but the owner was agreeable and accountable and we were satisfied.

I would not do business with them at all, ever. I am big on good service, but this is poor service and it is like they don't even need the business. There was no communication at all.

I scheduled the services about a week from the current date of January 26. There was a misunderstanding on the date and the worker showed up a week early. I thought he had just gotten there to do the service but he had already completed the work. He did a good job of cleaning the very full gutters and analysis of the roof. I was surprised because our electric gate was closed and I don't know how he got it done, but he did.

Jeff was a true professional! When I called the company to tell them my issue, he guided me to the best Angieslist deal that they had which would fit my need. After a telephone consultation, we agreed that if the pitch of the roof presents a higher risk for his crew there will be an extra charge so he can pay his crew more. I really appreciate a business that takes good care of their employees. When the crew came out they saw no issue with the height/ pitch and did not need any harnesses or safety lines and were able to easily walk on the roof and inspect it and fix the problem areas. They were very thorough and fixed all the issues and even informed me that some of the areas of concern which I thought need attention were actually normal and did not need any repair. It is a pleasure to work with an ethical company which places honesty above profits! I would highly recommend this company for all the roofing needs a property may have and will definitely use them again in the future.

Slow on initial response and scheduling. I think they got overwhelmed on response. Scheduling was difficult and then they showed up without calling first. He called well AFTER his guy left. The service man had no idea what he was supposed to do other than "clean gutters." Probably because no one asked. He threw the junk from the gutters in the garden beds and all over the lawn and left without a word. Overall, he cleaned the gutters but it was not the best experience

Company did a great job cleaning out all of my gutters and making sure all downspouts were not clogged and flowing freely. I am very satisfied and will use them again.

I found myself in an emergency situation of having only one day to have a considerable amount of work done on my sofit or I would receive an enormous fine! I read some of Ready Roofing reviews and saw that they did emergency jobs so I called and left a message on their voice machine. Jeff called me back within 30 minutes and he was so calm and so kind to me. (I was nearly hysterical as you might imagine because even though his services said "emergencies," I didn't dare believe that one day completion was possible. But Jeff was very reassuring and within less than an hours he had made arrangements for one of his workers, Santiago to come to my house in just a couple of hours to give me an estimate. When Santiago arrived, even earlier than expected, he was very polite and professional. Since I walk with crutches, he suggested that I wait in the house while he walked around and took pictures. Afterwards, he went over each photo, carefully explaining what repairs were needed and asked if I wanted the wood painted or not? I asked whether Jeff could give me a quote for both and how much more time painting would add to the job? Then he told me that I would hear from Jeff soon with the estimates and left. Jeff called me within an hour and told me that Santiago and a helper would be at my house at 8:00 a.m. the next morning and the job would take about five hours including painting. When Jeff called about an hour later, we agreed to add paint to the job and he gave me a price of $1025.00 which I thouht was incredibly reasonable. The workmen were at my house on time the next morning and got to work straightaway. I had to leave the house before the men completed the job because I had a doctor's appointment, but I returned home to the beautiful sight of a completely finished roof and not a sign that anyone had ever been there. My appointment had taken much longer than I'd anticipated or I'd have left the check with Santiago before I'd gone, but there was a voicemail from Jeff asking for me to call him. I did and he asked for my email to send me the invoice. When I got it, I saw that the price was the exact amount of the estimate even though the men worked about two more hours!! I wish it were possible to give out ratings of A+++s because I'd give them to Jeff and his company for every category and add compassion!!! I give this company my strongest recommendation and I intend to tell everyone that I know in this area that if they need a roofing contractor for small or large jobs, to ask me because I know the absolutely best one!!

They got the job done in one day. They sent one person out to do the job and they did the job while I was at work. The scheduling was good.

These guys were great. They were prompt, tidy and efficient. I had a team of plumbers at the house doing some outdoor work at the same time and the roof cleaning team was respectful of their needed space. Santiago set to work on my downspout that I requested to be adjusted after a rain barrel was recently removed. This was an extra service I asked for and he completed it quickly and perfectly. Due to lots of large trees in our area, I must have our gutters cleaned at least twice a year. I have had other companies out before who charged twice as much, were loud and rude and left a terrible mess! I will definitely be using these guys again and recommending them to my neighbors. Two big thumbs up!
