Description of Work: Provider gave a complete new roof with architectural shingles. I rate this provider lower because they claimed to use eagle eye for their measurement and when I told them that was about 500 sq. ft. Greater than the insurance company (including the 10% waste margin) they told me insurance was wrong. When I spoke to insurance, they stated they used the same eagle viewer and had it pulled up on the screen and it was showing exactly 500 sq. ft. Less than the roofing company quoted. The job was complete at this point, but instead of reconciling with the insurance company about the discrepancy, the company started refusing my calls, never would speak to my agent who tried to call him multiple times, and never spoke to me again. This company appears to be skimming off the top at the sacrifice of integrity...this is just a guess since I found this problem and they ceased talking to me. | |Also, where the eaves overlap roof, they greatly damaged the overhanging wood. I'll try to post pictures as a follow up. | |Do yourself a favor, pick a different company.

Description of Work: Replaced roof vents that were not install properly by builder and caused water damage to the garage ceiling. They arrived on time, quickly found the problem, purchased necessary parts at HD, installed in less than two hours.

Description of Work: I bought a package to clean gutters/downspouts. They scheduled the service in a reasonable time frame and showed up when they said they would. I had to call them back because the downspouts were not cleaned out. They had someone come back right away, and the technician indicated he had all the downspouts clear. But at the heavy rains at Thanksgiving we discovered that one downspout was not properly re-installed and there were two downspouts still clogged - we had water issues as a result. We have not (yet) made a claim against their insurance, but have asked them to stand behind the problems created. Waiting on final resolution.

Description of Work: I thought my roof was going to have to be repaired, but it turned out the sky light was leaking. They were very busy with all the storms we had, but made time to come in case it needed a tarp for upcoming storms & fixed it then. There have been no more leaks since. |Very pleased with the work done.

Description of Work: they came to check roof for maintenance. I informed them there were two leaks I need checked. They said one leak is from plastic pieces around vent area and that they caulked them. The other was due to flash that they replaced. in recent rain I got leaks from same two areas.

Description of Work: I purchased the "$89 For Roof Tune Up And $100 Repair Credit" as we had a minor roof repair. Jeff responded that day but said that there would be a $325 'company job minimum' to complete any work which was not mentioned anywhere on their Angie's List page or their website. Apparently this is something done all the time in the roofing industry. Buying the special meant I had to go through them so I learned an important lesson: Call the company and see how much it will cost to perform a roof repair and ask if they have any "company job minimums". They did come out within a day of my purchasing it and fixed the shingles, so that was a positive. Jeff also responded to my messages promptly so there were no issues otherwise.
