Description of Work: Replaced roof and skylight.

Description of Work: The person showed up at the door with no call to say date and time. I found a lot of debris in the back gutters that should have been cleaned. With recent rains gutter was not draining until I cleared the gutter.

Description of Work: I had requested a refund for this Big Deal on 03/23/15, within 30 days of purchase. I still need the service but from a reputable, honest and reliable provider which I will purchase as soon as this is refunded. I would like a full refund of this deal for the reasons explained below. I am seeing a lot of issues with vendors associated with Angie' List and am on the verge of determining that you do not provide superior vendors as I had expected. I may have to cancel my membership depending on how this issue is resolved and how my current purchases work out. I purchased a deal for $49 for a Roof Tune-Up and $100 Repair Credit from Reading Roofing and Renovation on 02/26/15. On the same day, I requested service to be performed on 03/03 AM, 03/03 PM or 03/06 AM. Vendor's response on 02/27 Ready Roofing and Renovation 2/27/2015 Hi Sam, Thanks for buying our Angie's List Big Deal! Looks like rain through Thur. Mar 5th. I can assign this to my crew chief, Hugo, to get by and handle after we get some improved weather. If I don't need to be there, then it can be done at any time - just let us know when so we are not alarmed at someone being on the roof. If you can take pictures of all before and after of everything that was caulked and re-sealed, that would be great too. I look forward to receiving exceptional service and adding a glowing review. Description of Work: We took advantage of the Angie's List coupon. Very nice gentleman came and cleaned the gutters along with doing a roof inspection. Recommendation is caulk and seal around the fireplace and vents; roof shingles are in good shape. We will definitely be calling them to have this work done soon.

Description of Work: They checked the roof for possible damage, sealed around everything that stuck up through the roof, and gave me an estimate as to how long the roof has before needing replacing. Money well spent for peace of mind.

Description of Work: Arrived at the house and went on roof for inspection but I never received any feedback after the visit.

Description of Work: Roof tune-up. A little trouble getting it scheduled. No contact by provider for two weeks afterwards -- then only to say that the roof is in pretty bad shape and should be replaced -- no pictures or other documentation to support the assertion.

They examined shingles, caulked around pipes, verified condition of roof, and reported results to me. | |We had one pipe with a known leak, so they fixed that. The work was done professionally, and the roofer answered my questions. | |The only difficulty I had was with scheduling the work - it took 3 appointments to actually get someone to my home to do the work, but I would hire them again.

Description of Work: Big Deal did not state that provider had a required minimum of $350. It only stated that they would give $100 of cost of repairs. Owner would only give $100 off the $350 that was not originally disclosed. I felt that this was an unfair practice and did not have them do any work since the work required would cost less than $150.

Description of Work: Looked at 10 percent of the roof. Ladder blew over and tore up a bush and damaged a gutter. Left and never returned.
