Perfectly once it stopped snowing and they could actually get out here. We had to reschedule a couple of times due to my schedule and the weather. But they were communicative and very flexible.

They were amazing! My house has never looked better. I have used maids before but were unsatisfied with their service. These women were quiet and worked hard the entire time. When I surveyed each room of my home when they were finished, I saw that they missed absolutely nothing. Two of my showers were in pretty bad shape before they came - but they removed all the mold and soap scum. They also removed the lime scale deposits from around my sink faucets and seriously scrubbed the dried baby food from my kitchen floors. I would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to anyone!! Thank you Raquel's Cleaning Service!!!

I have used Raquel's Cleaning. They do a good job. They are just really nice. We have a little language barrier but it is okay, we can get around that. I have a 1 bedroom condo and for the area the price is reasonable. They were about 30 minutes late but I would still give them an 'A' for punctuality.

It worked out fine and it was satisfactory.

Called "too late" to get the deal so they didn't do it even though I had already paid. Had a lot of trouble communicating with them due to language barrier, inability or unwillingness to work with me. Just took the money and ran...should be some kind of law against that, but apparently there's not.

The girls were gracious, kind, and did everything I asked them to do. We had a little bit of a language barrier but it was okay. I would recommend them and plan on using them again in the future. Even cost me less then the original price quoted.

The cardinal sin commited was not backing up their services. When we reported our displeasure at the results, the manager literally said "There is no excuse for that", but then failed to offer anything other than a complimentary apology and how do you want to pay? I think the moral of the story is not to ask ANY cleaning company to do a job during rush season, in this case just before Thanksgiving. The girls that arrived were harried and over scheduled. They dropped off one young girl, with very little english, and none of our instructions. She started by cleaning the lamp fixtures. When we tried to explain the order of importance (bathrooms first..) it seems they didn't leave her with bathroom cleaning supplies. So she stretched out the time by dusting and deep cleaning the glass globes on light fixtures all around the house. When the other two ladies arrived, we re-iterated the priorites with the acting supervisor (best english skills) and they didn't bring anything to do more than damp mop the floors. We agreed on what a deep clean was, just nobody had the tools to do one. And then they cleaned in the order they were used to doing... baseboards, etc. So streaky windows, floors, spotty porcelain and fixtures, cobwebs in corners they did "clean", dust swept into corners in rooms we didn't ask them to touch... and dragging feet. I truly felt bad for the workers (they were soo tired), less so for the management. Use this company at your own risk - and not certainly during a rush.

The reviews on Angie's List made me choose them. They were very responsive. They did a great job. They kept the price to what they said they were going to keep it at.

overall great at scheduling time and quoting price. workers showed up on time. however, both workers did not speak English so to explain what I wanted to get focused on (fridge, oven, toilets) which is included in the package, they did not understand. Additionally, I asked both workers to remove their shoes or put on the shoe covers since I had new carpet put in. both reluctantly removed their shoes. I left to go downstairs and then came back.. one of them put their shoes back on and was walking around all over my new carpet. I would not use again.

They're outstanding. They do it by the time and not the square footage. They were very efficient. They didn't take any shortcuts and they were very thorough with their cleaning. If I had to say one little thing, I would say maybe send someone that knows a little bit more English. They usually come 3 or 4 women, maybe send one of them that was a little bit more English because I don't know enough Spanish. But, I would not stop using them because of that.

The house was empty and we asked that the drawers all be cleaned and the house be dusted and generally cleaned. We found many places that were not even touched. The house was empty - there was no furniture to move. Many of the drawers were not done. We even paid extra to have more done. Not very happy with the job, especially for the price.

They were on time, professional, courteous and very thorough - besides the major stuff like floors, bathrooms and kitchens they also moved knickknacks and books off shelves to dust and cleaned window sills. Wonderful to come home to a clean home right before the holidays!!

The team was on time, polite and professional. They cleaned everything we asked them to clean. We would have them clea for us again.

For house cleaning, I used them once but I didn't like them really. I used Raquel's Cleaning Service. It is a very big family business. They were courteous but they were not on time. They did call and say that they were a bit late. I think I didn't like them for the fact that I thought it was a 3 hour cleaning when I called and it turned out that it was for vacuum cleaning. I think it was for 3 hours for 3 ladies and then only one lady came. She had to work for like 5 hours and then 2 other ladies came at the last hour. So it dragged on, they came around like 1 O'clock and dragged on till 6 or 7. I did feel like it dragged on for ever and I wasn't able to examine the house because I had to pick up my daughter. I just didn't like that part. We had to kind of negotiate on the price because I wasn't there. It is a fair cleaning. I wouldn't say that they went beyond but they didn't do a bad job either. They were not very careful thought because a couple of things broke. I don't blame them. It is an old house so some parts kind of fall and some of the light bulbs were not put back properly. I don't blame them and I don't plan on asking for any kind of damage. They were good in the since that they were able to have availability 2 days before Thanksgiving.

On short notice, I was able to schedule a move-out cleaning. They did exactly what I asked them to do. I received full credit from the real estate company for my security deposit. Excellent service.

I purchased a new home and hired Raquel's Cleaning to come in a clean the house from top to bottom prior to moving in. I team of 3 showed up as scheduled and did an excellent job.

I used Raquel's Cleaning when I worked, but decided to do my own cleaning when I retired three years ago. The cleaning is more than I can handle now so they came back yesterday for the initial deep cleaning. My house sparkles and is spotless! I used other cleaning services years ago and they were not in the same league as Raquel's professionals.

The house looks like new. I do not feel i paid too much. They charge by the hour and not by the size of the house, which i think is more fair. I am going to make them the company i use monthly. I live with 2 cats, but, my 2 cats are enough to clean up after... Hair everywhere! They brought their own cleaning products, were on time and were so professional. I manage a restaurant and i want them to come show my employees what pride is bc these three women have pride in their results. Thank all of you. One last thing, Ana, the lady who did the appt. scheduling, was another big plus. The family owners truly cares about their employees... It shows in their attitude. Ana, i'll be calling you.

I bought the deal for $180 for 6 hours of cleaning. The company advised the whole house (3150 sq ft) would need more hours for deep clean - about $320. So we asked the company do clean only the first floor. It was a team of three people who came to work. I was not home to observe. My wife was home. She was not impressed. I think she said there was no deep cleaning - such as cleaning the baseboards. When I came home the wood floor and bath rooms look clean. I think the company did a fair job. I think $180 was a little expensive. I am not impressed enough to hire the company for long term. I may try another deal from the company again. For now I will try some different companies.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB JUST LIKE LAST YEAR, AND DID WHATEVER TASK WE ASKED THEM TO DO. THEY WERE POLITE AND FRIENDLY AND I WOULD/WILL USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

Purchased a deal on Angie's List for housecleaning. Three individuals were very nice and called me in advance to say exactly when they would be arriving. Very pleased with the work.

They have come twice now and have done great work. We now use their services once a month. They were on time, pleasant, and did a good job. I will continue to use them.

It didn't go, because I bought the coupon, but never used it.

We used Raquel's cleaning service to clean our apartment upon move-out. The ladies did an excellent job and the apartment was probably cleaner than when we moved in. We would definitely recommend Raquel's cleaning service and will use them again if needed.

They did a very thorough job. I would highly recommend them.
