Services were done on time and as expected

It went great! The staff was professional, and they met all expectations.

Team of three came and were excellent. I've used 4-5 maid services over the years (never regularly), and this was the best. They cleaned better than other maid services in Dallas that charged me more. Convinced me to use them regularly.

The work was excellent. Very close attention to detail and the house looked spectacular. I will definitely hire them again in the future.

The office manager is very good and flexible

2 people come to clean and are very punctual and professional. It always smells so fresh and clean after they leave. The home is approximately 2800 and It takes about one 1/2 hours.

I never bothered to give a review on this cleaning company, but when I was in Angies List today and saw all the A's I felt it was my duty to warn unsuspecting potential clients. Let the buyer beware, as they say. Raquel's Cleaning might give you a good price, but you do get what you pay for. You might pay a little less, but you will get a lot less in service. My first clue was when I came home unplanned from work on a couple of occasions, and the cleaning crew was already gone...less than two hours after they arrived at a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 2 living area 3100 square foot house. Not possible. The reason they could complete it so quickly was apparent, they cut corners everywhere: they would move all the shampoo in the shower to clean the shower--and then leave it scattered all over the shower. Move the items on the counters to clean--and not move it back. They scratched the heck out of a brand new microwave, and claimed that all they used on it was a soft microfiber tower. They did not move chairs to sweep under them. And on and on. It was all finally too much and I fired them. The young lady said that she would speak to her mother about my complaints and call me back, they didn't want to lose a good customer. Whatever. Never called back, but I was done with them anyway. I work hard for my money too, and don't expect to have to clean up after the cleaners.

They are really great. The teams do a really amazing job with great attention to the details. For example, they use the right cleaning products for each surface. They organize mess that is left out. The empty my dishwasher and put things into the right drawers (looking at what else is in the drawer and matching). When they are done, the house looks and smells great. I've been very, very happy with the quality of this service. Cleaning services are expensive, but they were in line with all the other quotes I got for the same work. The women who come are also nice, hard working, and professional. I don't always get the same crew, but every crew has been really good.

The cleaning ladies did a great job even though I did have some difficulty communicating my needs to them due to a language barrier.

The initial, deep cleaning was very good. Three cleaners came and got to work after a brief tour of the house. I had only slight issues with this cleaning; really the worst thing was that the kitchen floor was hazy. But I know that floor is really hard to shine, so I wasn't bothered. They emptied the garbage after being told not to, but I realize that's probably a weird request, so I can understand forgetting it the first time. I've tried many cleaning services, and I've learned to judge them on how they clean bathrooms, and this crew did a very nice job there. Not what I myself would have done, but very nice by the cleaning service standard. I could live with it just fine. The second, maintenance cleaning was a different story. A two-person team did good work in the kitchen again, but the quality elsewhere dropped off sharply. Our upholstered furniture wasn't vacuumed -- a major and obvious issue in a house with 3 cats. The shower was not cleaned at all. Worse, one master-bath towel bar was half-ripped off the wall on one side. When they arrived, it had been securely attached for nearly two years, and we hadn't had any problems with it; when they left, it was barely hanging on one side. Worse still, no one told us about this; it was just left for us to find. We had to repair it with a new hollow wall anchor, since the original anchor was too damaged to hold the screw. Raquel's did offer to send the cleaners back at no charge to do the skipped tasks. (We appreciated the offer but declined.) However, their response email began with a reminder that a maintenance cleaning isn't the same as a deep cleaning (which we already knew). I asked if a maintenance cleaning would normally include shower cleaning and furniture vacuuming; I didn't receive a response to that question. As for the towel bar, Raquel's apologized but noted that the team leader said no one spoke to him about it. I'm not sure if that comment was meant to question my honesty; probably not, but it still wasn't the best thing for Raquel's to say (if they wanted my continued business).

well - happy with the results.

They were really good. They did a really good job. It was about $400 and it was four people that we had at one time for four hours. The best thing that they did was, they cleaned the tops of ceiling fans and they cleaned all the bookshelves and anywhere that dust could have gathered. I don't remember that there were any problems that we had. I don't remember anything negative that I would have to say. I thought the pricing was a little high, but you kind of get what you pay for. We have a regular cleaning person that comes into our house. But, they did more than that person does. They did a deep clean, which is not something that our regular person does. She does good. But, this was more than that. They came when they were supposed to. I had things that I asked them to check. I went through the house when they finished, with my fingers and I didn't find anything. They were there on time and they were very responsive when I made the appointment and when I called them and so on. I had them for four hours. I think they were done in three and a half and then they kind of worked on some other stuff. They didn't finish and say, "I'm done," and leave.

Did a solid job on the cleaning and would definitely use again.

I have them coming out monthly now. They are better than my last maid service. When we come home, things are moved on a lot of counters. That means they actually clean under the things. The last maid service I used never did that. They do a very good job. They are a little bit more expensive than some of the others. But, they have been worth it. We had a few incidents where they had to reschedule.

Absolutely fantastic job! You'll need lots of superlatives if you hire them to do your move out cleaning. I have three teenagers and two cats and the home looked like no one had lived in it when they were done. Very reasonable price for the amount of work done and the level of cleaning. Was so pleased I'm going to hire them to do the new house we are moving in to. A+!

Scheduling was done via email and they are very quick to respond. Three really nice ladies came on time to do a deep cleaning at our house. Granted there were also 2 construction worker finishing up and the house was in completely disarray, the three ladies patiently and systematically went about cleaning the house best as they could. They brought their own cleaning material and equipment, which was helpful. Overall, they got to the high places like ceiling fans and high cabinets, but I gave them a C for qualify because I found problem areas after they left. I assumed that I wouldn't have to tell them to really scrub in the shower given that this was a deep clean. 3 days later, my shower seat was grimy already. I found food spots on my kitchen cabinet doors that should've been wiped off. The knobs on the kitchen cabinets were still sticky and grimy, they just wiped off the glass doors. I specifically pointed out a really dirty light outside by the side door. There were still cob webs and dead bugs on it when they left. Needless to say, I am not satisfied with these things considering the price we paid.

They were fabulous. Two person team showed up ten minutes early. They worked the entire time they were here. Cleaned everything, inside and out. House smelled great when finished, floors shined, and price was less than what was quoted on the phone. The only reason I gave Responsiveness a B instead of an A was because I had to call a couple times to find out the specific time of arrival, but other than that, they were great. I highly recommend them!

I'm currently using Raquel's right now.

My house always sparkles when they are done. If there is something extra I need done, they do it. Including cleaning the oven, cleaning the windows. I highly recommend them, always. Their price is fair and their service excellent.

I bought a big deal for this service and it went well. We did eventually sell it so it worked. They did a good, thorough job; I was up there and got to see it. They had very good communication even though I was not there at the residence because we had moved out. They stopped by and gave me updates on how it went so that was something I really appreciated.

This is the 3rd time I've used Raquel's Cleaning and I've always been very impressed with their work. They are very responsive when I'm in a pinch and they do an amazing job on the house. I will continue to use them as we have the need!

They did a great job. Quote was right on, my house has never looked better. I don't see myself using a maid service on a regular basis but... I could see us calling them out every 6 months or so for a good, deep house cleaning. Very happy with the service!!
