We are a family owned and operated business. Our Mission is to provide high quality, consistent service that meets our customers' needs. We have received the Super Service Award from Angie's List every year since joining in 2005. We are happy to give you free estimates by phone or email. Let us help you so that you have time for the important things in life. Cleanings may be scheduled weekly, every other week, monthly, per call or one time. We furnish all equipment and supplies. Please include the following in EMAIL inquiries: • Address OR city plus major intersection • Phone number(s) • Square footage • # bedrooms and bathrooms • # people living in your home • # pets living in your home and what kinds • Is this a vacant cleaning or a post construction cleaning? • Are you interested in scheduling regular maintenance weekly, every other week or monthly cleanings after the initial cleaning? Description of Work: Have been using the service for the biggest part of a year. Cleaned entire home. Extremely good job; great attention to detail and always spotless. Didn't beat the heck out of my mini-blinds and destroy them like Molly Maid did frequently. I will definitely be using their service again.

Description of Work: They cleaned my house twice. The people they employ are not trained for the job. Raquel must assume that if you are a woman, you know how to clean a house! |They washed my floor with a very dirty mop in a one gallon bucket. This is not the fault of the cleaning lady, but it is the fault of the company who doesn't provide the nessessary products. I am sure they pay less than minimum wage and do not train their employees. By the way the ladies who came to my house were very nice and I didn't mind that they didn't speak English. | |

Description of Work: After they finished the house was still dirty. Spots on cabinets, the baseboards were filthy, kitchen and bathroom backsplashes weren't even wiped down. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I'm sorry for your negative experience. You informed us you only wanted to spend $180 to clean your vacant, post-construction home. $180 worth of cleaning guarantees 3 cleaners for 2 hours or 2 cleaners for 3 hours. I asked you to give us a priority list because the team would not be able to clean the whole house in that amount of time. When we are given a set price, the team is only able to clean whatever can be done during that amount of time. For a house your size, in the condition it was in, it should have cost much more to clean the entire house.

Description of Work: The 3 person team went right to work and cleaned high and low. They did well on kitchen; baths and bedrooms. However, toward the end of their work I discovered they had not cleaned the tops of the door frames. Also, they use a product named Fabuloso which they should not use on Traventine tile. Fabuloso also has a very pronounced floral scent which does linger after cleaning.
