They do a very professional job. Their service might be better for larger house or apartment because they have a minimum charge.

Excellent job! It took a bit to get the first appointment scheduled because I wanted them to come at a day and time outside of their normal schedule, but they worked with me and got someone to come. The results were great, would certainly recommend them to friends. I haven't had a house cleaner in 2 years and they made up for lost time. Can't wait to have them come back!

I thought sliding glass doors would have been included in the cleaning and was disappointed the fridge was cleaned, but overall we were happy.

We have been talking about using a cleaning/maid service for several months and had another company come out in the fall of last year, we were not happy with the job that was done and had not pursued finding another company until we joined Angie's List and saw the feedback on Raquel's cleaning service. Raquel was great about calling us with scheduling and although we were surprised their team was here for 5 hours, when they were done we could hardly believe our eyes, it was like we were in a new home! There were shiny, pretty surfaces everywhere: doors, walls, windows, floors, every piece of furniture dusted, mopped, straightened, swept, polished... you name it, the place gleamed. We were so thrilled and it was so lovely to enjoy our beautiful clean home. We have set up bi-weekly service with Raquel, they are set to come back tomorrow for the first follow-up appointment. I will provide a different report for ongoing service after a few weeks of that.

It was very difficult to get a reply from Racquelle. She only returned my call after I sent her my initial email and called her twice thereafter. This housecleaning service was not a good fit for me since they require at least 2 people for each housecleaning job at $25 an hour and minimum of $100 service charge. And they are inflexible as to accommodating what I needed to get cleaned each time.

I had some work done in my home, which left a bit of a mess. Three girls showed up on time, and did a beautiful job cleaning my home. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends.

The first cleaning she sent three girls, they cleaned everything and were very careful. After that she sent two girls. I was very happy and they did a good job. I usually have consistency with the cleaners which I like.

It was wonderful, start to finish. Raquel was very clear on the price, what was included, and when they would be in my area. A nice surprise was a call that evening saying they had a cancellation and would the next day be right with me. The three women showed up at the appointed time and went to work. They had to work around the children who were on spring break and smiled the entire time. They were professional and pleasant and what a fantastic job they did. It was done the way I would have done it, if I had the time. I'm so happy with the job done, I'm arranging for them to come on a regular basis. What a wonderful experience and well worth the money!

Two-person crew arrived 30 minutes late, but got right to work. They started in the rooms we asked them do first and worked their way to the front of the house. Took about 4 1/2 hours to do the entire house.

I left a key for them and they called when they arrived. I really appreciated being asked if it was OK to stack papers. They did a heavy cleaning: Ceiling fans, furniture, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, the works! I had just completed a kitchen remodel and the place was filthy! They take pride in their work and it shows. They even called afterwards to see if I was pleased (I am!). I am going to be using them for regular cleaning as well.

I was very pleased. They did an excellent job. They did everything I asked, sent two ladies and a man. I have a high ceiling with a ceiling fan and they brought in a ladder to clean that for me. They were very nice. I would definitely use them again.

AMAZING! Two workers came promptly on time and worked straight through for four and a half hours, never once complaining, or acting tired. It was a BIG job and when they left, it smelled so clean and just shined. I now plan to use them on a regular basis.

THIS WAS A ONE TIME JOB IT WAS POURING OUT AND IT WAS ON A RENTAL PROPRIETY. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THEM WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO GET THE JOB DONE.

Spoke with Raquel on the phone to arrange cleaning service. She was very nice and willing to arrange cleaning at a time that would best fit our schedule. Her team arrived on time and did a very thorough job. The house has never been so clean! It looks great! After one visit, Raquel has won another repeat customer.

Spoke with Raquel few days prior to when I wanted the clean (Saturday worked for me). Raquel had two staff arranged, and confirmed attendance also on day before. Importantly, her staff would be bring own equipment: very important to me. Her staff turned up exactly on time. Brief discussion as to what I wanted. They then went about their business without any further input from me. Three hours; Job done; Two people. I was amazed as to how much they got through. House spotless. I was very pleased with the quality of the clean, and their courtesy and respect for my home. Books and all objects cleaned too.

Overall we are glad we used RCS. The house smells and looks so fresh! We scheduled a week in advance to have our home cleaned on a Friday afternoon. To our delight, Raquel called the night before and told us the women would arrive early, 9 a.m., because of a cancellation. The three of them arrived close to 9:30 a.m. and left at 11:55 a.m. Unlike other reviewers I can't say they cleaned our light bulbs, but they lifted every book and magazine, dusting them one at a time. After they left, I noticed a few areas were missed, (candle wax on dresser; spots on granite-top server; dust on headboard and foot-board in master, and window sill in family room; and pasta sauce stain on a lower kitchen cabinet), which I'm sure they would have taken care of if I'd brought it to their attention. It's a relief knowing just about every square inch of our home is clean. I think it was well worth the cost -$22.50 per person per hour - and would consider having them come on a regular basis.

They were on time and very thorough. They also worked at a nice pace.

Great work in my opinion - I have never had housecleaners before and this was money well-spent. I will have them back every other week. I have two cats and so I am sure the job they did was not easy with all the cat hair and dust. I think they even worked over the 4 hours we agreed on at no extra charge (not sure) but as far as I am concerned, they did not miss a thing. Raquel is wonderful and made a follow-up call to me the day of the cleaning to make sure I was happy. Highly recommend!

Raquel's Cleaning service sent two workers to clean my house. They cleaned everything satisfactory and I have employed them on a regular basis.

Our house looked like something out of a magazine when they were done! They were on time, & did a magnificent job. I've already got another person on my street using her company, and she was just as pleased. RCS is more expensive, but they are worth what they charge.

I used various housecleaning services over the past 2 years. They all did a superficial job, in & out in a short time. I wasn't ever really happy but had changed so many times that I didn't think there was a better cleaning service. Then, I met Rachel. She asked how much I had been paying to clean. I told her $75. She told me that there was no way they could clean our size house, esp the first time, for that amount. After some further discussion, she agreed to come clean. She told me the first time would be high, then it would be less for weekly service. The first time was expensive ... 2-300 dollars. Ongoing, it's about $108/wk. They are consummate professionals when it comes to cleaning. They come every week to do the house. Yes, it's $33 more than I used to pay for weekly cleaning. But, it's worth it. Highly recommend. If a really clean house is important, and you are tired of superficial cleaning services, call Rachel.

The crew was on time and did a great job. We'll use them again.

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH RAQUEL'S SERVICE. THE WORKERS WERE ON TIME AND THEIR WORK WAS EXCELLENT. RAQUEL CAME OUT A LITTLE LATER TO MEET ME PERSONALLY. SHE OPERATES A VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST SERVICE. MOST OF HER EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN WITH HER FOR MANY YEARS. I WILL BE CALLING THIS SERVICE AGAIN.

ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT! VERY RESPONSIVE, REASONABLY PRICED FOR THE DIFFICULTY OF THE JOB, WILLING TO HELP IN WHATEVER WAY I ASKED, THOROUGH AND VERY HIGH QUALITY CLEANING! I DEFINITELY PLAN TO USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN.

WE HAVE USED RAQUEL'S FOR YEARS. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN DEPENDABLE, AND USUALLY DO A GOOD JOB. BETTER THAN ANY OTHER SERVICE WE HAVE USED. RAQUEL IS A GOOD BUSINESS WOMAN.
